Terrific story. I'm surprised wealthy parents hadn't run a background check on fiance, nor had the business. Glad jj still talks to dad. That's a good mom.

    I enjoyed this one.
I like that ex got his comeuppance for being an a**hole, but still was able to maintain contact with his son, even if only weekly by phone. Being an a**hole isn’t a reason to terminate that relationship… as much as we might want it to. 😊

At least the In laws tried to make it up to Tasha. So they weren't all bad. Great story.

My last comment on this site was, "unflattering", buy this story was, to me, quite captivating. This story was well written, and well delivered, definitely worth the journey. Thx, and best of luck going on.

I enjoyed this story. I guess it was an eye opening for Tom. He seemed to change the way the company was ran. I’m happy with the end of this story. ❤

I wish her ex husband had regretted leaving a nice wife for a prostitude, thief and conwoman.

As a young man I had run around with aome people's of what i thought was great wealth and got to see first hand how they believed that they were so much better than me. Not my friends but their parents, with snide remarks , just on the verge of insulting but that they could say you just took it wrong. Years later I discovered how broke they really was, living off family's name and credit carda for decades
The dads most anyways left the wives for you ger women and ended up broke. After it was all said and done , my folks could have.bought and aold them because they watched what they spent and made us all work for what we got. Wealth can be a good thing but people must respect the responsibility it brings with it or it will destroy them..I have never seen anyone who did t work for their money ever end up being a good ,moral and decent person. Usually just arrogant douche bags thi king they arw better than others

It wouldn't hurt to turn up pride by not taking anything from them and cut ties. Walking away when u have done something great will be your legacy.

I wasn't taking anything from those people, not me.

Nice story but definitely a deja vu. A few minor changes but nothing significant.

I’d have let them get married first before I said anything 😈

She is not the kind of woman who would marry. She would take every last cent she could and then disappear before the wedding.
