The “Ode to the Masters” is beautiful. The other with “Adorn” (spelling) with butterflies is awesome too. I always love your selections. I haven’t ordered from Jade yet, but when I finally get some of my paintings done maybe. She has a very good reputation and does an excellent job on customs too I’ve heard. The negative printing is weird, but it works fine so I don’t have a problem with it. I hope you enjoy them all especially Adorn since you seem especially drawn to that artist. I have to take a break from buying which is good as I have alot to work on. Well the size I got (60x80cm) really doesn’t look that confetti heavy. I have just kitted up another JGS 50x65 and that one is confetti heavy - hope to show you review soon (but might take me another month)

Great choices from Jade. As to my stash, while it is large, really large, I have reduced my purchases. This past Saturday with Diamond Art Club I bought 2 of the 5 I wanted when a few months ago, I would have bought all 5. It's a start at least.

Love the videos! Okay - I have 44 in stash (and that’s just my DAC) 😂 however, one will be started and finished in June, and then I have 2 others that are WIPs. I have fewer of other companies. Being in the 🇺🇸, it’s just so easy to go crazy with the DAC. I’d like to try JGS someday.
I had a bad week. I fell for the 'free gift' and mystery boxes (2 purchased) with DAC. I have done the calculations, and trying to stay down to one year's worth (would actually like to go way down from that because when I get one, I want to do it right away). Just de-stashed one painting, but not sure if a few others will sell.

They will take over 3 months to come in, so I'm not exactly counting them if I'm over since I know I will finish other ones by then 😂

One of the paintings I've been wanting for quite some time was marked down (Le Bal by Amandine Jung), and they released a gorgeous painting by an artist I've been following on Instagram for a while (Fly With Me by Larienne) 🙈 But on a positive note: I've managed to organise my existing stash instead of just shoving them all in a cupboard and finished making my log book, so I at least feel a bit more organised.
Yeaaahhh - So awesome that you've organised your stash - I found that very confrontational when I first did it, but it also helped me clear my mind a bit. Do you feel the same?
@@LisetteCraftsandTells I found it very overwhelming at first, seeing all of my diamond paintings stacked together and thinking about how much money I've spent on it. But as I was packing them away (organising them by company and size because I always have to be extra when organising 😂) I also started to see the journey diamond painting has been for me, and how what I was going through at certain stages in the last four years had influenced what kind of art I bought. I got to reflect on how I'd grown and changed, and things I'd overcome. If you had told me four years ago I would be in a position where I would be able to buy beautiful, licensed diamond art from all over the world I would have laughed and said it isn't possible - I felt stuck in a low paying job where I was being overworked and not appreciated. I'd just lost someone very dear to me. We were all still trying to get back to normal in the midst of the pandemic. And somewhere in all that chaos I found an escape in diamond painting. Just the small, budgeg ones back then but it still bought me joy. A year later I moved to a different company, and my budget for diamond painting improved (along with my happiness) and I could buy my first "premium" although still local to me diamond painting. Now, four years down the line from where I started, I can look back at everything and really appreciate how much everything (and I) have changed. So yes, definitely confrontational, but also therapeutic in a way 😊
P.S. I’m working on Gladis My kind of crazy Richard LorenZ and am almost done. However, I finally was able to buy Threads of the Universe - I thought it was gonna become a real unicorn but DAC restocked it thank goodness - and I love the new square drills and I just am having so much fun working on her. It made me realize that I only want to buy paintings that I absolutely can’t wait to work on. Okay, enough from inside April’s mind.

I went down a rabbit hole on a trial/case (unusual for me) that is currently going on in Boise, Idaho. This man, Chad Daybell, wife was tried and convicted one year ago, sentenced to 3 life sentences to be served consecutively. She was recently moved to Arizone where she has been charged and awaits trial for murdering her prior husband! Both cases based on religion that was pulled, twisted and contorted into their own sick fantasies causing at least 4 innocent deaths, intentionally bringing many followers in their wake. But I thought, if I truly cared about these 2 people, which I DO NOT!!!! I would want to send them some Jesus candy, lol!!! I hope you have a delightful week!

Yeah. You're doing great!. I just roll them up and put them in the closet. Only my Diamond Painting Deutschland is hanging from a closet door on clothes hangers - because you can't roll that one (afraid to damage the double sided adhesive).

The new content is just as fabulous as the old content! And she needs kits coming in to be able to post progress, so of course things will change. I don't think any of us would enjoy Lisette staring at an empty table and no kits to work on. 🤔
