What is the difference between const and constexpr ? I understand that constexpr is for compile time but how compile time is a big thing in the code for which we have separate constexpr ?

i understand everything but have one question:
if this is ok :
constexpr int i = 42;
constexpr const int *p = &i;
why the compiler tells me this ? (but still compiles successfully):
expression must have a constant value

I think the address of a variable is not determined at compile time and constexpr works for compile time. That's why i think it shows the error.
