I am so curious about the Chardonnay cask influences because white wine to me is a kind of, not overly complex wine compare to Red, Port and Sherry I mean, it meant to be a light, refreshing, crispy wine I suppose, so I am wondering how much influences could it brings to a whisky. Hi FF, as aways great to hear from you. I find the Chardonnay cask brings exactly that light, refreshing and scrip influence to the whisky as you mention, generally I find Chardonnay to be slightly dry and a little tart, so was interested to see how that might influence the whisky, but rather then influencing the whisky that way, I find the honeyed essence of the Glen Moray spirit bring out just the nice notes from the cask. Quite a sweet delight.

喝过他家的赤霞珠桶 前味红酒味很浓郁 会有红色果实和干红一样的酸涩味 其他中规中矩 后调还有一点点难以察觉的泥煤
格蘭莫雷還有一支煤泥味的，一家6款少了一款，期望下次介紹🙏🙏🙏
真的很可惜，我沒有買到泥煤味的，要不然為想要一起拍的說！
海風大包的莫雷很出色，爆炸性的奶油爆米花，跟OB溫柔的路線不太一樣，到現在還會後悔沒買整支。
雖然我家裡有一瓶，不過承諾不能開：）哈哈哈！要等那位好萊塢導演老朋友回台灣才一起開來喝。
