You pay so much attention to detail it's incredible, if you look at Wilbur's face closely in 2:58, it's notable that there are marks on his face that represent him being very thin (in an unhealthy way) as he is not eating properly, but not long after they get together again 3:29, the marks disappear, as now he is happy and taking care of his own health properly again.
