I saw them at Malahide Castle Dublin a few weeks before mate. As a 50yr old English fella among the Irish (including my 10yr old daughter) I felt very happy and proud Took me back a few decades, one BIG singalong. (Even them coming out to the theme tune to Crossroads ...nice touch!!)
I was just in front in 2nd row, and it was truly happiness and love, the most I’ve ever felt. Blur always saving my life, Damon creating something intimate from a multitude.
In 1997 blur released a masterpiece in this.whike oasis literally dissappeared up their own arse. I never got into the whole rivalry nonsense but this was a watershed moment
Lmafo this was quite a turning point in blur’s discography sonically as well though. They were obviously not interested in maintaining the same kind of audience as Oasis.
the fact that i got to see my favorite song ever being performed live... this was amazing
I'm the same with tender, it was an amazing and unforgettable night ❤
Same!!! Still not over it ♥️
Bettlebum live is paradise for my ears, can’t get tired of it, it’s crazy

MY FAVORITE BLUR SONG WITH OUT OF TIME 😍
Not a coincidence that the most Beatles-y number of Blur is called Beetlebum...
Fookin' ells bells! Incredible performance! Wish I'd been there. Thanks for sharing x

Was there, I’ve never felt such pure euphoria on Pepsi max.
Why did the drummer rush the tempo like that everytime?
They always do that on bettlebum live
@@reillez1981 I wish they didn't
Watched them in Amsterdam and I noticed that too. Shame to rush those nice songs, like that.
@@timperry8961 to me it kills the vibe totally
Cos he knows you're the consummate critic.
