So, I saw Ghostbusters Afterlife yesterday (Nov 25th) and I can honestly say that that movie combined with this song really hit me hard. I took my mother to see the movie for our birthday. Both my parents birthday is Nov 23 and mine is Nov 25. In the 80s before my parents were married they actually made it on the set of the 1st Ghostbusters and were in the crowd. I can actually see my father in the movie even now even though he is no longer alive. Unfortunately my father passed away in 2014 so he never got the chance to watch Ghostbusters Afterlife. It was a wonderful experience to be able to celebrate both of my parents Birthdays and my own at the theater, even though my father is no longer alive to see it. So all I can say is thank you McKenna Grace and the entire cast of Ghostbusters Afterlife. It was truly an emotional experience I'll never forget.

Same
This song is incredible. So proud of you ❤️❤️
Wait What, you have a channel???
HELL YEAH it's going to be AWESOME!
You and Amybeth McNulty are by far the best actresses I’ve seen these past few years. This song and your work in Ghostbusters: Afterlife and Gifted are spectacular!
She hands down, has the entire Ghostbusters fandom behind her….and we are excited!!!
If we get a sequel, it had better feature this talented lady. She is absolutely the future face of the franchise going forward. Bravo young lady!
Ghostbusters: Afterlife was phenomenal!! Tears would not stop flowing at the end😭McKenna Grace helped make the film in my opinion!! She was like a little Egon! Just freaking brilliant❤(I love how the director heard this song and was like, "it's amazing and it's going in the film")
It's honestly insane how much she did look like Egon in the film
@@ITYSL her looks and mannerisms and just everything was amazing!! But not an exact carbon copy, just enough to pull you in and make you feel like it's all real❤
I agree and did you notice that in the ending credits her song this song came on?
Excellent singer and actress McKenna grace
Can't believe I'm following you since the videos singing with your dad! SO INSANELY PROUD OF YOU WE WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG ✨💕👻
Would like to say that I am an OG before this song gets super popular! There’s only 556 people watching right now and it’s one 29 seconds of count down! Waiting eagerly for the song! Congrats, Mckenna! So proud of you!!
Hi Mckenna! I'm Kaela and I'm only 10 years old. Thank you for being my inspiration in singing and acting. You're the best. You're my favorite singer and actor. I love this song so much that I covered it in my channel. I hope you can hear it one day and I wish to meet you someday. Love you Mckenna. Please take care ❤
Mckenna is amazing ❤
McKenna you are so talented, i really love u. This song reflects how talented you are in all aspects, AND I LOVE YOUR VOICE.
mckenna is so talented she’s literally an iconnn
Still incredible a year later. ❤Amazing Mckenna
I love this song. Mckenna is so freakin talented!!! She's the future of the film and music industry
Only heard 49 Seconds and am already in love with it. Can't wait to hear the whole song.
Love you McKenna
Such a great young talent. Please never let the Hollywood gatekeepers package you with the"good girl gone bad" branding when you get older. No career or level of fame is worth it. You have so much natural ability, you can make it on that alone!
this is sooo GOOOOD, we watched her grow up now here she is releasing her first single 🥺
Hi McKenna Grace,
Ive seen your singing and its incredible, your so talented you should be proud of yourselve, your in the new Ghostbusters you have a new song that came out 2 months ago, your song is on my playlist we all love you xxx
2 million views! Yay!
THAT EMOTION !! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU, I'm very proud of you, I love you 😻💘💘
Ghostbusters Afterlife was a very charming, fun, and witty film...this song is fantastic and only adds to the GB legacy! Mckenna is a phenomenal talent! I already bought this single on iTunes and I hope it is released on the Ghostbusters Afterlife soundtrack on vinyl!!
Beautiful song, her voice is beautiful, she puts a lot of feeling into the song
McKenna I'm literally in shock right now, you're too talented, and it's awesome everything you've done just 15 years old (I'm your same age and I can barely finish my school🥲👌🏻) you're beautiful and I hope you achieve everything you set your mind to, P.S.: now it's my new favorite song 😩🤘🏻
im almost 18 already :')
My biggest flex is watching/supporting Mckenna since the start of career. Miss girls gonna have oscars and grammys one day (hopefully soon)
“The silence used to be so loud, so glad I can hear my sound” -McKenna Grace
that is a beautiful and true description of the healing after grief seems like there is an empty silence where that person used to be
Also a good description of depression and forgetting what it feels like to live and be yourself after being numb or lost in sadness for a long time
Finally you can hear your thoughts and everything is clearer and brighter 😊
Absolute masterpiece Mckenna. Watching your work from Gifted to this has been mind-blowing. You are extremely talented and I can't wait to see what's next. Hopefully an album ;)
Two people in one body. Can't believe this is the same nerdy little girl in Ghost Busters. Great actor and great singer. We will be seeing and hearing a lot from her I bet.
If you pause at 0:58 you can see a ghostbusters badge on the floor! Super cool Easter egg! This song stole the credits of afterlife!
Im proud of you! 😭💟 I'm obsessed and keep streaming it!
One year later and this song is still so good!
ikr it's an amazing song
The transitions... this was a full movie so incredible I tried not to blink
Sooo excited for this!! You are amazing Mckenna, and I'm so proud of you!

She’s amazing, I still can’t get over that it’s her in ghostbusters afterlife and Young Sheldon

This scene when you cried in gifted i still dont believe that was acting
this is literally amazing. the tune, lyrics, and beat. oh my gosh!!! during the end of ghostbusters afterlife, this song played. exactly what i needed after a amazing movie of yours! i love you mckenna!
I’m here from Ghostbusters because I had to look up this song and… what a way to end a film with such a beautiful piece of art! I only knew McKenna Grace through her roles in the Ghostbusters film and Young Sheldon. This is some serious talent for someone who wrote and sang this at 15. It’s nice to see everyone in the comments agree. :) Rock on! 😊🤘🏼🖤
They need to take advantage of her singing talents for movies
I was trying to come up with smt to say, but it took me a while. It's just mesmerizing. I LOVE THIS! Simple as that. Look at those visuals. The last few measures, with that rythm shift? WHAT?! Bang on that piano, gurl, you are killing it!
I love this song so much I'm singing it for a solo at school:)))))
So excited for this, I already know it’s going to be so well done! I’ve loved McKenna in everything I’ve seen of hers and I absolutely adore her personality. It’s so cool seeing someone so kindhearted and strong doing new things and growing in themselves and in their careers. This is the perfect thing to unwind with after the school day :D
I can all ready tell this is going to be one of my favorites songs and gets stuck in my head can’t wait😃😃😃
Wow! This kiddo is amazing! Can’t wait to see more of her movies and her music as she grows and evolves!!
The amount of talent you have amazes me! I can’t wait to see where you be in 10 years!! I LOVE THIS SONG!
Beautiful song, beautifully sung. Wish it was longer. Thank you for this.
McKenna is simply delightful.
I'm so happy I found this song! After I watched Ghostbusters, I was sobbing, but this song got me hooked! I love your acting and you are an amazing artist as well! Supporting you all the way
Same, old 43 Yr old here, my childhood came right back with this movie, l was bawling 😔.
36 here... same... made me miss my dad... he got me into Ghostbusters and it was emotional to watch Harold come back... knowing my dad cant... it still was kinda like watching it with him or at least for him....
Such amazing talent! She’s so amazing.
I love this! She has such a beautiful voice 💗
Still can’t believe this is little phoebe from ghost busters. Didn’t realise the credits rolled to her own song, such a good singer! The difference in voice between the chorus and the verses is very good. Keep singing and keep acting! So talented.
