I gotta say, I love everything they added to this game. From all the combat features to general gameplay, it's a major improvement from Warband. I've been a fan of M&B since the first game came out and I've been waiting for Bannerlord since they announced it. I love TaleWorlds' work and they have my support but there are a few things I've noticed that bother me. First thing is the AI. Unfortunately, I can't help but notice that the soldiers around you are still moving as they did in Warband. They're just running around, finding the first target and then attacking it all at once when not commanded. This was so irritating in Warband and I'm afraid it's happening here as well. This especially destroys immersion on siege battles, where your units keep getting stuck and killed while trying to climb ladders and stairs, etc. Luckily, now we're presented with a lot more options to command your units as a leader which could mitigate these issues. Secondly, although the combat looks much much better than in Warband, it still feels wonky. Everyone's swinging their swords all over the place, soldiers falling down unnaturally and blood looks really off. These details really make an impact on the immersion. I'm really not trying to undermine Bannerlord, I'm just saying what I see from this video. I hope there's still time to polish all that, because other than the things I've said, the combat in general is a major improvement. Lastly, the sounds... This was lacking in Warband as well, but I'm noticing it here too. The sound of arrows firing, shields cracking, the noise soldiers make on the battlefield, etc., it all lacks real combat sounds. Mods always fix this beautifully but it still bothers me how it all sounds in Bannerlord, as if they're using toy weapons. Out of these three things I don't like, the last one is probably the easiest to fix, so I really hope they will do that since I saw a substantial amount of people criticizing this. Other than this, the game looks amazing and they really showed us how much they can do with one game. The world map improvements, the upgraded economic aspect of the game, the leadership and combat control features, the possibilities with building and manipulating your empire, new multiplayer options... So many incredible new additions. I really think this will be one of the best games released this/next year. I hope my criticism won't offend anyone as I just wanted to point out the little issues that bothered me watching this video so maybe someone can see them and gain insight on what might need some extra work in the future. Keep up the good work!

Most of the comment section on these videos are trying there fucking best to rush out an unfinished game that they will have fun with for a month, than move on to a new upcoming game and try to rush that out too. They don't seem to understand that making great games takes time.
I'm sick of steam being filled with unfinished early accesses, demos and open betas. I have 2000 hours in Warband and counting. I had experienced so much fun with a group of friends forming a clan. It's one of the most unique games ever and a rare gem. I dont want Bannerlord ot be a disappointment. Thankfully the devs are pretty oldschool.
They promised an open beta by 2016. It's just nerve racking since they only release a small trickle of news every now and again although most of the news is quite good.

My prayers were heard! I was hoping for tactics and commands to be more important and with bigger variation in singleplayer and multiplayer. And it looks amazing! When I saw new gameplay videos i was charmed by combat and atmosphere you managed to put into battles and new gamemode will take many hours of my gameplay without doubts. You are doing great job TaleWorlds Entertaiment!

Looks awesome! If the game devs read this I had a thought: It would be amazing if towns/villages look better/worse when you work really hard to get them from very poor to very rich.
I was hoping to see if they could do massive skirmish battles between two players but this takes the cake even better, I didn't realize they would do this. I love the idea.
A Campaign Coop Mode would be nice too. Even if its just a drop in feature whenever a battle is about to commence. Y'all can implement this Captain Mode in it so the other player gets to command a portion of your army. If that's too much, let the other player play as one of your units at least.
TaleWords, just take your time. Don't rush out games like Ubisoft or EA. Ignore the impatient fans-- they'll just be more angry if you release it too soon. We all want a quality product, no matter how long we have to wait.
I really hope that commanding troops in this game turns out well. It really makes you feel like a tactician leading a great army. So please just take your time and make this game amazing.
Dear Taleworlds, I don't know if you have already thought about this but I think it would be really cool if you could design your own custom regiment or troop type with armour and everything (even though I know it is a big feature). Especially when you are a Lord or King, making your own elite troop (as opposed to troop tree though you could do that too!).
As excited I am with this game, I beg you guys to take your time with this. The more time in development you give this game, the better it will become in the long run. It will all be worth it when it's ready..

Have you seen the Prophecy of Pendor Voice Acting? It is horrifying. Also, they're Turkish.
