"Creatures Of Darkness" is the fourth single taken from the new Nocturna album "Of Sorcery And Darkness", released in April 2024 by Scarlet Records: the sophomore record for the band founded by the formidable frontwomen Grace Darkling and Rehn Stillnight and featuring the Frozen Crown/Volturian/Be The Wolf mastermind Federico Mondelli as songwriter, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist - the creatures of darkness are the most fascinating, but at the same time also those most opposed by fearful souls; through their magnetic aura, however, a glimmer of light and knowledge will open, and those who have the courage to follow them will be forever dazzled.

@@Winterx69 Actually, Federico Mondelli composes the songs in both bands and in Volturian. And despite some superficial similarities, the 3 bands have their distinct sound and style. (Yes Federico, we know it's you, even if you wear a mask and go under the name "Hedon", but we'll pretend to be surprised)

Very fitting for a band named "Nocturna", and with this album and song, to make a video that is largely in darkness.👍 This is my favourite modern band (alongside Frozen Crown and Volturian), and I'm glad to be among the first 100 to add a like to it. Keep making albums and videos, you're the best!

I have not been a follower of Nocturna for that long, but I so love their music.
Probably my favourite song from the album.
Everytime you release a new video I think "wow, this is their best one!", it's hard to pick a favourite. Not only the lights effects are great, but also your outfits and makeup which help creating your "alter egos". Also, your lyrics are always so creative, exactly what us goths need 🦇🖤
The use of light and darkness in the video really adds extra dimension to the song.

Really good vocals a la Tarja on this one. I usually prefer Grace's heavy metal vocals, but here its Rehn who steals the show(especially at 2:04).
Seriously im starting to think this song is the best one regarding your duet with vocals. Not saying its the best song of the band, but the best vocal work and harmony between you 2.
Its really unique in metal. I realized that on your first album, but this here really shows your next step.
Hopefully the second album won't be full of dull songs like your first one.
But let me be clear, first album's 2-3 hits made it worth and very good. I just knew the band had the potential to be greater. And it was a songwriting problem, not a vocal one.
With what ive seen so far, i'm confident your second album will be great.
