He only made money with a few coins (less than 300$) in total. If you are asking in context to this video it would mean when the liquidity pool has enough money to bond it to a raydium liquidity pool. Meaning it will change from pf liquidity pool to a raydium pool which also marks its listing on dex screener. And now it will have a locked liquidity.

might be your slippage and gas fees, you also need sol to be able to make transactions, small amount but yeah gas prices too
