Kulve Taroth is soloable. It's been forever so I don't remember the build but I did it with a bow. I usually ran Hazak armor for the regen but I may have changed it for high attack/crit armor to go with dragon piercer spam or maybe rock rain spam
I'm tempted to jump back into world but I believe I stopped playing when I hit the siege quest for the large red dragon (cant recall the name...). I've heard soloing that quest can be a royal pain in the a$$... :/
Nows the time to get back in tho. You can find sessions that are focused on just taking down that monster. And luckily it doesn't require like insane comms or anything
@upcastanimal7854 I decided to give the fight a try (the first recon quest) and it went surprisingly well solo. I carted twice but got through it on my first run. I didn't even need to use the rocks on the sides of the arena for damage, all I did was hit it with my poison longsword. I'm sure the full siege is much harder though....
@brradv3552 the full siege is honestly an amazing experience with players. Unpopular opinion but i think its a more intense and fun fight that fatalis. Definitely recommend.
Oh goodness these streams might make me play world again. Rise was amazing for gunlance being more fun but im somwhow not compelled to jump back in to do sunbreak. They did my doot stick dirty in that game. Its so simple now. Maybe i go through world with a different weapon i didnt really use....sns? Ls? Maybe cb? Not sure

i noticed it too late but therres a cool mod that turns the guard armor in an actually good looking set of armor
