Hence why you are concerned now. The panther ( seen 20+ years ago in Michael Jackson's "Black or White") is another attempt at the Weeknd just stealing more iconography from MJ. The Weeknd's whole aesthetic is a rip off of movies like "Drive" , "Neon Demon", and other movies by the same director. He's a complete hack job in my opinion. It actually wasn’t on the highlights because of how much it plays on streaming services. He put starboy on the highlights album because it’s the biggest song off the album, but if he also put party monster into the highlights then the starboy album would lose quite a few listening numbers since it’s the 3rd most popular song off the album. It’s a numbers game, same reason he kept a few other good hits from other albums in their respective albums and not on the highlights.
