It produces a mixture of sensations, euphoria, melancholy, joy, sadness, it's a compendium of brutal moods😱 and i wish it would never end, Axel knows how to make these feelings surface. Damn man! I recently pulled my bass out of retirement since ankle surgery and learning stuff. You have gotta be one of the best I've seen on TH-cam! Your bass sounds spot on like Duff. I have an esp and try getting high treble and add chorus but I am nowhere near the sound you have.
Thank you so much! Im glad to hear you're taking the bass out of retirement, though not so about the ankle surgery. Hopefully it's better! I think a lot it's because it's a Precision bass which I run through a chorus from Garageband and that's pretty much it. Take care of that ankle!
The best way to get closer to duff’s tone is using the cap from the neck ( better if the bass is a passive one ). Since you have to use the chorus, that naturally enhances high frequencies, be careful using to much additional treble in order not to lose the punch from the pick attacks. I wish I could be more helpfull.
