I'm also beginner-intermediate, but I just don't get when counting stitches the stitch marker is the first stitch to count, or is it the stitch after the marker?
I absolutely love this pattern! This was my first time doing double and half double crochets and she explained it so well! I can’t wait to watch and do more of her tutorials!😄😄

i just have one question, do you count the first 2 chains at the beginning for your total stitch count? for example, at 2:49, i only had 26, but if i counted the 2 chains at the beginning, there would be 28.
This is not fair, im a beginner, still didn't get the row four, i did all i need four seeds and still it was too short i was really getting into it, i repeated row four for 26 times exact, still didnt get the pattern, i will still continue it bc i love u

Hi! I’m currently trying to follow this tutorial to make a gift bag for my friend, tho I intended it to be pouch shape it’s more pencil case now, and it’s also flat and not bowl shape? Any tips?
Hello love the Pouch, but is there any way u can come closer to the camera, because it would be a lot of help to a beginner. Question : For Row 2 : Or u Hdc in the next sts, after u chain 2, or u skipping one, so u have 28sts still?
the simplest solution would be to use a bigger hook, as this would keep the pattern the same. adding more stitches would complicate the pattern and make it harder to keep track. hope this helps :)
Hi everyone. Need some help. Is there anyone else having the same problem with me? The corner where I do the slip stitch to join the rows keeps increasing so the shape of my pouch looks like a right trapezium where one side is straight while the other is slanted 😢
I know I'm late, but did you figure out the problem yet? If not, I suggest that the problem might be that you're only crocheting on one side when you're basically supposed to go in a full circle,(I just had that problem so I restarted the rows) or that you are either lacking one stitch or over by one stitch. Basically make sure to count them as you go.
Are you the very smart and cute young lady that has the reborn and awesome room just for them if so I love this new vlog on crochet your voice is how I feel it’s you so sweet and soft

hii i noticed this too when i was doing mine. but the "29th" stitch is actually the slip stich u did to connect the body in thr first round. just skip that stitch and slip stitch into the first stitch. i hope i make sense!
This was my first project of crochet but my cousin thought to just simply take out the stitch marker when I was gone and I’ve never done crochet before so I didn’t know where it was originally so I restarted the row 😂 :/
