Based on Toast's experience it seem Cruel Pact may be underpowered.
to be fair, its easy top 4, but probly will be outscaled for a win.
it's just that baron was way to op before patch ( now it feel ok maybe still a tad overtuned ,since his counter part t-hex has been ella nerfed)
Its like if the agument said "you re guaranteed top 4 but you can not win"
It's crazy to me that void only needs one tome of traits or the augment to get something as op as Baron. Meanwhile Noxus needs 2 spats and level 9 to get a barely useful boost. They need to change it to 9 void
And tbh 9 noxus looks underwhelming.

It was absolutely op b4 the nerfs on pbe, I agree. I suggested to set the baron at void 9 too, even in a Reddit thread with the devs. But they decided to just nerf it which is the worst option imo. It’s barely playable now.

they buffed herald and nerfed nash (he's close to fair now )

I played my first game with no guides or knowledge of how the new set plays and went the void route. Baron got me a first place after a scrappy first half but after Nashor, it was plain sailing.
