Open Notepad, do a search (ctrl+f in windows) for percentagedisplay. Replace the two lines under it with PercentDecimalPlaces=4 and PercentTotalSize=7, percentdecimalplaces is the amount of numbers after the initial first two numbers and percenttotalsize makes the percentage more precise.

TH-cam did something weird to this video LONG after you uploaded it. I'm getting a VERY weird desync just past the intro that inserts several seconds of a still frame. Edit: I'm not seeing this in the miniature video preview, might just be quality issues.

If on a keyboard just hold on 4 keys, for pads you could use your feet diagonally or use both hands and feet.

The issue looks to be somewhat on TH-cam's side, I got a weird desync on Chrome, but the video is completely fine on the TH-cam app on iOS.
It only happens if on a 60fps video setting for me.
Update: There are now couple of weird one-frame skips, but the video is now synced with the audio again.
Who wuold've expected this? The video is now completely unplayable. Hitting play starts the video at 0:00 and it instantly skips to 5:18.
