Good to see I'm not the only one staying faithful to tubes! I always carry an extra tube in my backpack, so I can easily change it if I get a flat. What do tubeless riders do when they get a flat?
Did you have any problems with the tires spinning on the rim while braking, When I did this on Mount Snow VT during the 2004 X games my tire would spin on the rim and shere off the valve stem, I could only half brake and or lots of feathering of the brakes, Please don't confuse it with feathering your girlfriends on the lift ride home. Well, most modern mountain bikes look like they have been 'designed' by people who have been dead for 10 years. Black, grey or the dullest version of a colour imaginable, and that's it.
