You have the unmade CAS concepts JUMPING OFF OF THOSE OLD FREAKING SMACK ZOIDS CONCEPT ART articles!!! I do have mixed feelings about many of the details not being quite accurate to the concept art, and some of the changes are for the better (the unnamed long-rifle variant now has shield-mounted gatling guns, is colored blue, and looks all the better because of it!), while others are kind of "eh" (I like the snub-nosed barrel of the Jagd's assault rifles!), but finally seeing them in 3D is a treat! Actually, I want to talk a little more about the long gunned variant a little more, because I think it looks like a better long-ranged armor for the Fuhrer! Those main cannons look like they are the same length as the Fuhrer's tail! Replacing the missile pods with the gatling guns just looks so fantastic, and the shield-like mount is a nice continuation of what appears to be a design motif among the Fuhrer armors! I would like to think if the CAS had made it into model form, it might have received a similar change, and I think that the Z armor should also have a similar weapon attached to the arm! The Z and Shadow Fuhrers must have been the hardest to model, especially since there are so few references, especially for the Z (not even any concept art, oddly enough. Which is a shame, because I've always liked the look of the tail-mounted jets, and would have liked to see the CAS as the designer had envisioned!)!!! I have mixed feeling about the guns mounted on the front "hilt" portion of the blades. They kind of ruin the sleek look of the blade modules, but they just look so practical, and fitting for a secondary ranged weapon! And that matters a ton! There is also what appears to be targeting sensors above each cannon, which is a nice attention to detail! Maybe would have gone for a rectangular barrel (like the weapons mounted on the Crimson Horn), or mounted them in retractable compartments inside the blade modules (think Death Stinger's claw-mounted cannons). But please don't take criticism I've taken as negative in any way. It truly was a shame that Tomy stopped the Custom Parts line, and never actually made these into actual accessories, and it's a shame that the CP line never made it into the American lineup. This was the height of the mid 2000s design, and it is so amazing seeing the armors for the Fuhrer shine not only in model form, but also animated, like in those old bonus DVDs that Tomy used to do (and unfortunately, was also never released overseas)! Now, if only we could get Kotobukiya to put them into the model form that they so richly deserve... And if I could find time to both build them, AND spend more time learning Blender! It truly was a shame that Tomy stopped the Custom Parts line, and never actually made these into actual accessories, and it's a shame that the CP line never made it into the American lineup.

Thanks for your comment.
I am glad to have your valuable input.
I will keep it in mind for future modeling.
So freaking cool!
Thank you!

Thanks. That’s nice of you to say that.
