Hello! i actually live very close to this place,the current owner bought it in 1997 as pretty much a mountain and has been trying to repair it since,there is only 3 complete floors now,but in total there will be 7 also you were slightly incorrect about the financing of the project ,most of the money comes from the construction company hartenberg (run by the owner) that works on other historical buildings in the czech republic overall great video!
