@@ariella.darling Thank you for checking in. I decided to get help and started doing therapy about 3 or 4 months ago. I'm doing better, but it will be a long road. I'm slowly understanding myself and my intrusive thoughts and what it is I need to do to heal. I have built a support system and I'm doing my best to utilize it, even when I feel I don't deserve assistance.
