I worked SAR and what you said about sleeping kids is so very real. They don’t always answer either even if they hear you. We teach our kids not to talk to strangers so it’s not a big surprise that they don’t. Our neighbor boy went missing one day in a housing development full of kids all pretty much the same age. I mean life looked like a school playground in the neighborhood how can 1 go missing. The neighborhood rallied and spent some time searching prior to the sheriffs call and he was found in his own back yard. He simply got tired of playing and went into his dogs house and fell asleep thru the entire commotion, then wandered out when he woke up. Slept thru all the noise. It was amazing. I took that info with me into SAR. It is valuable info to have.

Dave, thanks for your service as a policeman 👮♂️. I am extremely sorry for the loss of you’re son. I served over 31 years in th military and suffer from severe depressive disorder. I had thought of suicide many times. What has saved me is a belief in God and that he doesn’t want any of his children to commit suicide. I love your show, and keep talking about mental health as you have. Last, there are several people who believe there is a race of reptilians who live underground. Has anyone checked to see if there are caves in these areas where people have disappeared? Just one idea. Many movies are based on fact, predator, could earth be an alien hunting preserve, this could account for the stealth which the missing are taken with.👽🛸🙏✝️💒

I keep him in my sight... we have a Redbone family dog(Pluto) that is always on guard stays right with him but it's not uncommon to have black bears on the property......so you are so right.... keep them close...Thanks Dave & Huck💫🇺🇲

Sorry bout your loss Dave, I lost my best friend in 2005 he was 30, I was with him that night and I got the phone call the next morning he was gone. It changed my life forever, it's been almost 20 years and it feels like yesterday. All we can do is go day by day.

Holy CRAP Dave!!!!!!! I stayed up in Latchford there on your map for 1 week last summer. It is very remote (To me). We live in Niagara Falls, Ontario, CANADA... Anyways, there is a man that owns an antique shop up there on the main highway. He told me that him and his friends DO NOT go near or in the forest after dark as they've had many scary experiences. He said most people up there do believe in Bigfoot or forest men/creatures. It gives me chills thinking about it. Maybe when they are searching for missing people they should have some searching outside the search zonee. You were blessed that you had that week with Scott before he passed. I can identify re speaking at the funeral of a loved one. Had a favorite aunty that got killed in a car accident, she was like a second mother as she lived a lot with us during our childhood. I chose, along with my sister to talk about our memories of her during our childhood. My sister read her half perfectly and when I opened my mouth to speak I had a lump the size of a golf ball in my throat. I sobbed the whole way through my half I was so overcome by the memories of what I was reading.
I watch so many videos of people trying to debunk all this and i don't really understand why. Whether it's true or not it does give us a reason to think about paranormal stuff, but some people just don't want us to think. Just plain sad. Love the the shows Dave.

Thank you for your videos. This video was especially helpful to my family. We live in the woods and my grandson, middle school age, has no fear. We are always telling him he must tell us when he wants to go outside and constantly let us know where he is at. We have constantly explained that something could happen and he needs to be careful. I showed him this video and at the end when you told about the little boy in the mountain lion's mouth, reinforced what we have been trying to explain to him. I lost my brother in 1991. We were the middle ones. I still miss him. We did'nt realize how close we were until his last year. He taught me about dying. I learned even more reading many books about death and dying. I've lost my grandma I knew well and both parents. My brother still holds the dearest loss to me. I believe when we pass there is no hell as hell is what humans make while living. The "burn in hell" is to ease the pain for the living. When we pass over we will see everything lived by and around us. It won't emotionally hurt. But we will know the truth of things assumed. Most of what we see is far better than we could imagine. It will be calming and peaceful to know. Then we will let some know we know now by visiting as spirits. Your second story piqued my interest because I grew up in King and Snohomish Counties. My Aunt and Uncle lived in Montesano and we visited them often when we were little kids. My Dad also took us through Grays Harbor County to Westport as he was an avid fisherman and we often went there to go salmon fishing off the Bar at Westport. Since my uncle was a logger, living in such a wild area was right up his alley. I remember even in the late 50's, just how much forest there was around that area of Washington State. It would be easy to get lost as an adult, let alone a 2 year old child! It's amazing anyone even found Shirley at all but I wonder if a Sabe' (Bigfoot) took her and deposited her on top of that hill? That's more believable than thinking she climbed up to the top by herself in the dark with a downpour happening at the same time, IMO.

Ive not visited where my mother is buried in 35 years. Reason being she is somewhere above 7k feet on the side of Mt. Tallac over looking Lake Tahoe. She grew up there and loved the lake. I was a very young girl when she was placed there, and anyone who knew/knows where she was specifically placed has passed away. But that is alright. She has an entire mountain for a head stone. Its a stroke of heaven up there.

Dave, thanks for your service as a policeman 👮♂️. I am extremely sorry for the loss of you’re son. I served over 31 years in th military and suffer from severe depressive disorder. I had thought of suicide many times. What has saved me is a belief in God and that he doesn’t want any of his children to commit suicide. I love your show, and keep talking about mental health as you have. Last, there are several people who believe there is a race of reptilians who live underground. Has anyone checked to see if there are caves in these areas where people have disappeared? Just one idea. Many movies are based on fact, predator, could earth be an alien hunting preserve, this could account for the stealth which the missing are taken with.👽🛸🙏✝️💒

Sorry bout your loss Dave, I lost my best friend in 2005 he was 30, I was with him that night and I got the phone call the next morning he was gone. It changed my life forever, it's been almost 20 years and it feels like yesterday. All we can do is go day by day.

Holy CRAP Dave!!!!!!! I stayed up in Latchford there on your map for 1 week last summer. It is very remote (To me). We live in Niagara Falls, Ontario, CANADA... Anyways, there is a man that owns an antique shop up there on the main highway. He told me that him and his friends DO NOT go near or in the forest after dark as they've had many scary experiences. He said most people up there do believe in Bigfoot or forest men/creatures. It gives me chills thinking about it. I have a lot more to say, but maybe I'll email it to you as this is too long winded as it is.

Maybe when they are searching for missing people they should have some searching outside the search zonee. You were blessed that you had that week with Scott before he passed. I can identify re speaking at the funeral of a loved one. Had a favorite aunty that got killed in a car accident, she was like a second mother as she lived a lot with us during our childhood. I chose, along with my sister to talk about our memories of her during our childhood. My sister read her half perfectly and when I opened my mouth to speak I had a lump the size of a golf ball in my throat. I sobbed the whole way through my half I was so overcome by the memories of what I was reading.

How very eerie that just a few days before, you and Scott would be standing in and talking about that cemetery not being a bad resting place. Thank you for your videos. This video was especially helpful to my family. We live in the woods and my grandson, middle school age, has no fear. We are always telling him he must tell us when he wants to go outside and constantly let us know where he is at. We have constantly explained that something could happen and he needs to be careful. I showed him this video and at the end when you told about the little boy in the mountain lion's mouth, reinforced what we have been trying to explain to him. Sorry for your loss. My uncle just passed away yesterday. I believe they are in the Spirit World, but don't know exactly what it's like except they're at peace.
I lost my brother in 1991. We were the middle ones. I still miss him. We did'nt realize how close we were until his last year.
He taught me about dying. I learned even more reading many books about death and dying.
I've lost my grandma I knew well and both parents. My brother still holds the dearest loss to me.
I believe when we pass there is no hell as hell is what humans make while living. The "burn in hell" is to ease the pain for the living.
When we pass over we will see everything lived by and around us. It won't emotionally hurt. But we will know the truth of things assumed.
Most of what we see is far better than we could imagine. It will be calming and peaceful to know.
Then we will let some know we know now by visiting as spirits.
Another mystery sometimes with stigma and censorship out of fear and the need to feel control per belief.

Your second story piqued my interest because I grew up in King and Snohomish Counties. My Aunt and Uncle lived in Montesano and we visited them often when we were little kids. My Dad also took us through Grays Harbor County to Westport as he was an avid fisherman and we often went there to go salmon fishing off the Bar at Westport. Since my uncle was a logger, living in such a wild area was right up his alley. I remember even in the late 50's, just how much forest there was around that area of Washington State. It would be easy to get lost as an adult, let alone a 2 year old child! It's amazing anyone even found Shirley at all but I wonder if a Sabe' (Bigfoot) took her and deposited her on top of that hill? That's more believable than thinking she climbed up to the top by herself in the dark with a downpour happening at the same time, IMO.

Ive not visited where my mother is buried in 35 years. Reason being she is somewhere above 7k feet on the side of Mt. Tallac over looking Lake Tahoe. She grew up there and loved the lake.
I was a very young girl when she was placed there, and anyone who knew/knows where she was specifically placed has passed away. But that is alright. She has an entire mountain for a head stone. Its a stroke of heaven up there.
