fr, right before i moved to Mexico i visited family in NYC and i hated it so much. everything is absurdly expensive, nobody talks to eachother. i was on the street and asked this random guy "hey where's the best bagels around here" and he practically ran away from me. meanwhile in mexico if you ask that you'll get invited to dinner with their family lol.
Exactly lol the social contrast is crazy compared to living in other countries. Imagine living in NYC your whole life and dealing with negative interactions like that for years
New Yorkers generally are very proud of their state and rep the hardest of any state. It's clear you've been enlightened and your mindset has changed through your travels. I enjoy your content but would love a video of you introducing who you are and how you came to be such a traveler. Granted you don't owe us any personal details about yourself but a little story about you would be cool
Nah nothing like NY anywhere in the world. No energy in the world like it. I love LA, DC, etc but NYC got that energy everyday. You can travel the whole world in one city. I get not wanting to live there if you from a suburb or something like that. Train runs every 4 to 7 minutes in rush hour. Cant get that anywhere else in the states. No parking to worry about. You walking more so you dont get too fat. Food from everywhere. Women everywhere from everywhere. You lying about ppl not being helpful. You got to know who to ask and how to approach them. Also, its mad ppl going about their business that dont want to be bothered.
