Maybe you can save some of your past attempts and turn them into different pages.

I can’t wait until I figure out how you did this. Lol. My brain is so tired that I can’t follow you. Lol. It’s a sad story. Lol. It makes me so happy when I see that you have put up a new video. Even when I have only had 3 hours of sleep and had to take a pain medication that turns my mind to mush. I tried to make a simple journal cover today with elastic to hold my loose papers for signatures to sew in later. It went horribly wrong. Lol. I put 3 holes in 3 places for the elastic. I measured it all wrong. I made it with the wrong stuff. I know junk journals are supposed to be very casual, but this was bad. I will try it again tomorrow. These pages are so cool. Just concentrate on glueing the two pages Gloria then experiment with your own folding. You will always end up with something usable and maybe something even better😁🤗💜

Hi again, meant to say, I was livid too about Marathons becoming Snickers - the cheek of it, and what a daft name eh. Years ago (1973), my parents took us to Spain for a holiday. It was our first holiday abroad (I was 13), me and my brother nearly died laughing because we came across a packet of crisps called 'Bum'!! My brother (who was 15) bought a load of them to take back for his mates. And we thought American names for things were crazy!!! Had to share that with you. xx

I love these. Especially the book page one. One of the things I can’t cope with is sideways book pages like most people seem to do. Maybe I’ll get over that as I get more experienced - or maybe not!

Thanks Julie. I hope it doesn't get old, and you do know I am sincere, I loved this video. I am going to make these, and I know from all the things I've tried, you make things look easy. I watched Ceri take out pages from a book, and make a journal. I've done that and I've covered it. Finally, I saved a few catalogs and was going to fussy cut, but realized I had free practice pages. Those are what I will use.
I need to watch this a couple more times, I still laugh and get distracted with the chat lolol then I'm going to try.

About your Marathon chocolate bar, years ago my daughter and I got an 8 week old kitten and stopped at a convenience store for cat food we were discussing what to call her as I walked past the Snickers chocolate bars, my daughter loved the idea and she became Snickers, oh what a princess. hey love... no, don't keep rubbing the damp edge 20;14... the wrinkles will come out, as it dries, but what happens is when the paper fibers are wet and soft, they dooo stretch just a wheeee bit... lol, couldn't refuse that one... anyhooo, yes, use the iron, iron them dry, nice and smooth, no wrinkles, but don't overwork any paper, when its wet, worst thing we could do.
