Learning Support Assistant here. I've managed to evade OFSTED so far in my education career. That is until the last week of term. Our school received the call on Monday. I was observed delivering a phonics session to my biggest group of 8 children. Luckily, I work at a wonderful school, and our head teacher was adamant that staff would accompany the single inspector across the two days. So I had the teacher I work with in with me as well. Think I managed to mask my nerves. Now the agonising wait for the results to be shared.
