Besides the mega wave hotspots Ponta Preta and the kitebeach on the wind island Sal (Ilha do Sal), the large bay of Santa Maria and the spot Ponta Sino there is definitely worth a visit. For windsurfers, the section in the bay Ponta Leme is a good starting point.
The Cape Verde Islands, also called Capo Verde, are the number one destination for windsurfing and kitesurfing, as well as for wingfoiling in winter. The big trade wind starts in the middle of December and blows steadily until the middle of May. Here wave beginners find laboratory conditions when it comes to the first turns in the waves. I'm glad you like the report. The Duotone Center is attached to the Hotel Club Robinson. But I think all the bigger kite schools have wingfoil equipment now. The Ion Club also made a good impression on me.

Würde sagen ja. Bei hohem Shorebreak hast du einen Shorebreakservice von der Schule aus. Darüber hinaus ist bei den Schulen immer ein Jetski oder Dinki am Start. Da dir mit dem Wing die Böen weniger ausmachen finde ich den Spot absolut okay. Wenn du noch infos brauchst melde dich gerne.

Was den Wellengang anbelangt, kann das für einen Anfänger schon echt deutlich schwieriger werden. Wir hatten so gut wie keine Wellen. Aber eine Garantie bekommt man keine. Ich glaube BoaVista mit dem ablandigen Wind kann da besser funktionieren.
