THANK YOU, DRE!! I knew I was not wrong! Yea, I remember 10 years ago when many poppers were trying to "be on the beat". I remembered in the late 1990s that many poppers were never on the beat, resulting in their popping even better. Wow... such amazing advice!
This Blow's my mind but I sort of do this without knowing it lol. how can u show u can dance on beat is it in and out of the music or would u start and finish Ur move or technique on beat and in the middle be off beat
