Ludvig Nilsson I find it a tough listen. Most of the cool riffs are actually from previously released songs, they've just been cut and pasted in-between other songs, like a weird mash-up.

The drums on Albino Slug have this awesome sound, I dunno what it is but they truly compliment Big B's shredding. By far my favourite album by the GOAT.
Buckethead doesn't only make greatest music with a wonderful sense of genius and endless creativity, he teaches deep lessons about finding our identity beyond the looks, about alliance with self and awareness about our emotions, healing through the feeling not away from it.. I hope Buckethead reads our comments and sees how he changes us deeply and uplifts us in so many ways ❤️

The only guitar solo album I've ever purchased was Steve Vai - Passion and Warefare in 1990, Buckethead is worthy of the second..... but too much to decide on!
Oh I bought that album back in the day too. Nearly OD'd on 'For the Love of God'. There's plenty of recommendations for Big B albums on our channel, all depends what you're into.

If you're going to do a video about greatest songs from pikes, I think it will be more than 100 songs...because: 1)there's 270+ pikes and 2) buckethead made all pikes very unique, so I think it'll be very difficult to chose only 100 songs from 270+ pikes P.S. Maybe it's just my opinion, but I think that from a song-writing perspective, "Population override" it's his best album to date, plus I think that the songs fit very well in the thematic of the album and all of them, togheter, create a nice and coherent narrative. Also, I think that this is his most mature creation referring to the styles that he incorporated here.
Great list!! That must been painstakingly difficult to narrow down. Picking the 100 best songs from Buckethead is equivalent to picking the 5-10 best from most other musicians. He’s blessed up with ungodly amounts of great music (& selfishly I never want him to stop). One small oversight; Machete you had from Electric Tears rather than Colma. Cheers!! Woo!!
Yeah It took awhile to get it down, man. The Man's a beast for sure. Yeah someone else pointed out that slip up too, can't believe I messed that up. I think because 'The Way to Heaven' from Tears was the song after it, I drag and dropped the album pic in the wrong place. Hoops Woo!!
I remember reading comments (years ago like 2010, on TH-cam (Buckethead song) I forgot what song? I just remembered a comment about C I A using Bucketheads music on subjects?? I got hate mail everyday for years. Calling people names, trendy fad gadgets because they believed Kirk hammet and Slash were best guitarist in world. They said buckethead was gimmick.

Yeah they released it as a single (there was an EP too) the radio version is basically just the end of the track where its just bucket jamming. If I didnt add that in brackets I know someone would have said "hey, it has vocals, you said no vocals!" haha

The only guitar solo album I've ever purchased was Steve Vai - Passion and Warefare in 1990, Buckethead is worthy of the second..... but too much to decide on!
Oh I bought that album back in the day too. Nearly OD'd on 'For the Love of God'. There's plenty of recommendations for Big B albums on our channel, all depends what you're into.

Maybe it's just my opinion, but I think that from a song-writing perspective, "Population override" it's his best album to date, plus I think that the songs fit very well in the thematic of the album and all of them, togheter, create a nice and coherent narrative. Also, I think that this is his most mature creation referring to the styles that he incorporated here.
Great list!! That must been painstakingly difficult to narrow down. Picking the 100 best songs from Buckethead is equivalent to picking the 5-10 best from most other musicians. He’s blessed up with ungodly amounts of great music (& selfishly I never want him to stop). One small oversight; Machete you had from Electric Tears rather than Colma. Cheers!! Woo!!

I remember reading comments (years ago like 2010, on TH-cam (Buckethead song) I forgot what song? I just remembered a comment about C I A using Bucketheads music on subjects?? I got hate mail everyday for years. Calling people names, trendy fad gadgets because they believed Kirk hammet and Slash were best guitarist in world. They said buckethead was gimmick.
