I have completed BCA in 2010 from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University, located in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Aur yah degree maine distance education se ki thi. I mean meri final marksheet me distance education bhi mentioned hai...
Mein regular student tha, aur Jaipur me ek college tha, Jo ki university ka offline campus tha..
Ab mujhe doubt yah hai ki 2017 me Supreme Court ne ek judgement diya tha ki 2005 ke baad JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (deemed to be) University se ki gai Technical aur Engineering degrees invalid hai.
Jabki yah university UGC sites par aaj bhi as a deemed university listed hai... Yani ki valid hai.....
Mera dimag kam nahi kar raha ki meri degree valid hai yaa nahi???

I'm working as engineer with Centeral govt department and posted in M.P..
For getting promotion in department ,I wish to do degree in Electical engineering . But in M.P. part time B E (evening classes) courses has been discontinued by all engg. Colleges.
So i approached to Manglaytan University, Aligarh, they offered for admission in B Tech (Electrical engineering) under WILP program with blended learning/ on line . This course is not approved by AICTE . I have doubt that ,will it be considered as REGULAR or DISTANCES LEARNING, ODL???
If it is considered as REGULAR course, only then it will be worth full otherwise it will be useless for me, because Govt will not consider Distance learning/ODL course for engg.(as per supreme courts descision.).
So plz guide me that should i take admission in offered B Tech ,WILP course or not.
It is completely REGULAR and acceptable by Govt department or not ??
