I got into kpop in 2008, but I remember hearing about SuJu's horrible accident and it was terrifying... Their van flipped and Leeteuk insisted that the medics check on Kyuhyun and the other members first before himself despite having several broken ribs. Kyuhyun even was praying with another member and saw his life flashing before his eyes. They really thought he wasn't going to make it. It's a blessing that they survived. Kyuhyun is my bias, so I can't imagine a world where I can't hear his beautiful voice - "At Gwanghwamun" is my favorite song from him. KRY even did a live stage of it together.

Yes, Henry is "that Henry." He is the one you always hear about. Henry is considered a music genius. He was classically trained in violin and piano since the age of 6 and he had plans to go to college to study classical music. But the year he graduated high school he auditioned for SM when they held auditions in Canada and he impressed them so much with his violin dance routine that they signed him right away. Henry trained for about a year before he debuted in Super Junior -- and that was only because he needed to learn Korean and become more proficient in Mandarin.
Henry is Chinese/Taiwanese-Canadian and he can play almost any instrument. He really is a music genius. He speaks 4 languages fluently -- English, Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese -- and he speaks numerous other languages moderately well. (So what Henry and Jackson were showing us was that they often will have conversations with each other using all 4 languages at the same time.) He works really hard to speak to fans in their native language so he has learned a lot of languages over the past 12 years. Henry was the first of SM's foreign artists to be allowed to do solo projects.
Henry is 30 years old now and he is the maknae of Super Junior -- he debuted when he was 18 years old. And, not only is he a genius musician, but he is also know as a really good dancer and for the fact that he can dance while singing and playing the violin all at the same time. Check out his MV for "Fantastic" to see him play the violin and dance at the same time.
Henry is an accomplished music producer. He has wrote, composed and produced all his own solo work, as well as numerous songs for other artists and Korean- and Chinese-drama and movie OSTs. Did you know that Henry co-wrote, composed and produced EXO's song "The Eve"? Henry also sings a short English Demo version of "The Eve" you should check out. And one of his last solo song releases under SM is called "Monster," which is one of my favorite songs from 2018. (Not to be confused with EXO's song 'Monster" or BigBang's song "Monster." LOL Henry's is a different song.) He has an English version of "Monster" MV, a Chinese "Monster" MV and a Korean audio only version of "Monster."
He is also one of the top variety show guests in Korea and China. Everyone wants him on their program because they know he will bring them a lot of ratings. He spends his time traveling back and forth from Korea and China on almost a weekly bases because he is involved in so many different projects. And he has even broken into the U.S. entertainment industry last year when he starred in the Hollywood move "A Dog's Journey" alongside Dennis Quaid.
He is best friends with Amber from F(X), Jackson from GOT7 and Kpop solo artist Eric Nam, among others. And Mark from NCT is like a little brother to him (they are both Canadian and have developed a close bond because of that.) Like Amber, Henry is pretty much connected to everyone in the entertainment industry and everyone is his friend both young and old. He is internationally loved and he is constantly wining awards, such as artist of the year in Thailand a year or so ago -- and what is especially notable about that, is the fact that all his work is in Korean, Mandarin or English, he hasn't done anything in Thai. However, they love him because he has managed to endear himself with audiences and fans from around the world. Please check out more of Henry's work both new and old.

It's a clip from a special project/ variety show that Henry and Mark from NCT did together in collaboration with SM and Mystic Entertainment, called "The Snowball Project" and on the program Henry was challenged to play multiple instruments from around the world which he had never seen or played before. And, as you will see, within minutes Henry was able to pick up the instrument, figure out how to play the notes and play a song on the spot. I truly believe he must have perfect pitch because he can also play any song or tune on almost any instrument after hearing only a few notes.
But I could go on for days about Henry and I could recommend hundreds of clips and programs that he has been on that would impress you even more. He really is an entertainment genius, and on top of all that, he is also a trained chef and can cook as well as a professional. He was in a movie where he played a culinary genius so the producer wanted him to look as authentic as possible, so Henry spent months training under a famous chef and learned a lot of amazing cooking techniques. He has participated in numerous cooking competitions and cooking based variety shows and his skill has impressed even professional cooks.
Henry's fans are called Strings because of his classical music background.
As you can see by the way I gush, Henry is my ultimate bias, and Super Junior is one of my bias groups, so sorry if I come off kind of strong with my passion and love. LOL

Heechul and Leeteuk's fight was dubbed as the legendary incheon battle because it happened during a concert in incheon. SUJU always talked about that reporters even got footage of that fight but even after many years that footage haven't seen the light (SM maybe pulling some strings to hide it).
You HAVE TO check out Kyuhyun’s performances on King of Masked singer. Fun fact he’s the first male Kpop idol to win king of masked singer and in the top 3 of longest running kings. He even sang SHINee’s Jonghyun “Y si Fuera ella” on the show as a dedication to him since he was in the military when he passed away and was close to him.
And yes, as it says in the guide Kyuhyun is the best vocalist in the entire Kpop industry. He is officially known as “The Autumn Prince”, “The Ballad King” (was promoted from prince to king after winning King. Of Masked singer). Oh and the fact that he is the best singer is not an opinion, it is straight facts. And Once you check out his songs/live performances you will see why.

'Super Show' is the name or brand of the Super Junior world tours only the number of the tour is added. For example, the Super Show8 (SS8, Tour n°8) is taking place right now. Eunhyuk and Shindong are the directors and creators of the world tours

I'm not sure that Leeteuk and Heechul ever got in a really bad physical fight. But they did go on Knowing Brother and talk about a time where they got in a fist fight. th-cam.com/video/SLa90rC93IA/w-d-xo.html. But Super Junior is a group of brothers with many different types of personalities and they often fight, but like brothers, they make up and still love each other. Leeteuk and Heechul are the same age -- Leeteuk is only about 2 or 3 weeks older then Heechul -- so IF Heechul were to fight with anyone, it would probably be Leeteuk because they are the same age.
Super Junior fights all the time. And sometimes not even with each other LOL. There was one time where Leeteuk and Donghae were involved in a fight with a group of soccer fans where Donghae got beat up and Leeteuk felt really bad that he couldn't protect him. I think there was at least one other SJ member there and that might have been Heechul. yeah it's normal for them. Once heechul and Donghae fought and Heechul was leaving i think from group, and Donghae said 'Hyung, if you leave today (out of building i guess) I would never see you. and Heechul really left. But then after few min, Heechul came back lol. (though he came back because it was cold outside...imao) And Donghae started crying and they even took selfie after that. Lol
the last fight u told that started from Donghae, not Kyuhyun lol, Donghae was the 1st person pour water on Leeteuk's face twice and Kyuhyun was the victim because he came lately he didnt know Leeteuk has warned about that prank already then he continued and Leeteuk really got angry
Actually it will always be a discussion over who is the best among Kyuhyun Jonghyun and Chen. Because they all have amazing vocals. Its always hard to pick the best among the best. Really, if you think about it, NCT is the upgraded version of Super Junior 'O5. Because, essentially, isn't that sort of how NCT works now? Fans first formed a bond with the NCT members when they were part of SMRookies, just like how fans followed the members of Super Junior when they were trainees. NCT also is a group who is constantly changing and rearranging its members, and every time a male trainee graduates from SM's training program they will be added to NCT. And even more similar, is NCT-Dream. NCT-Dream works almost exactly how Super Junior '05 was intended to -- the Dream members become members of that group to help them grow and mature and to gain experience within the industry, and when they graduate they become members of new groups, and they are no longer considered members of NCT-Dream. The only difference between Super Junior '05 and NCT is that the NCT members don't leave the group completely. But NCT is always changing and evolving in the same way as Super Junior had been planned to do. I think SM has always wanted to do something with that "project group" concept, they just learned from their first attempt and changed how they did things -- with NCT they warned fans from day one that this was how the group was going to work, so we were more on board with the concept this time.
Plus, I think one reason why fans were so upset about Super Junior '05's concept was the fact that the members of Super Junior were actually part of a larger group of trainees who the fans had watched go through an elimination process. The members who "made it" where the 5 members who originally became the members of TVXQ, and the members who formed Super Junior '05 were the "castoffs." But fans had already formed a bond with ALL the trainees, so they were upset that the other members who "didn't make it" (Super Junior members) might eventually disappear from the spotlight, etc.

Super Shows are what Super Junior's concerts are called. Super Junior's most recent world concert tour was Super Show 8. Just like SHINee's concerts are SHINee World Concerts, etc. Shindong and Eunhyuk are the members who have taken an active part in producing the group's concerts the last few years. And now that Shindong has his own video production company, he is the one that directs and produces most of Super Junior's concert VCRs and the group's MVs. Shindong directed and produced Super Junior's "I Think I" and "2Ya2Yao" MVs, among others, and he directed and produced EXO's "Obsession The Stage" live performance videos, etc. Shindong and his video production company is quickly becoming well known for his directing and video editing skills, as well as a rapper, dancer and singer of one of Kpop's legendary groups.
Yes, Shindong is one of the funnest members, SM originally had him and Eunhyuk training to be a comedian and host before they became a member of Super Junior. But Shindong was recruited by SM to become a trainee for his dance skills. As a teenager he was participating in a local dance competition when a SM talent scout saw him and asked him to audition.
Yes it's TRUE. It's called the Incheon battle. Hahaha they have a weird friendship but they are like brothers. They're both born on the same year, same month. Just Leetuek is older than Heechul by 10 days.

Well FYI, the fight mentioned at 14:08 was named Incheon Battle as it was a huge fight between the 2 eldest in SJ. They fought for 30 mins before they were supposed to go live . The song they sang was Bonamana, and you can check the videos out by searching Incheon Battle. There was another fight including a few more members. This took place in 2011 if I'm not wrong, and it was all because of this adorable man named Lee Donghae. You can search Inkigayo Backstage fight or donghae bottle cap fight. Anyways thanks for reacting to these cute and dorky men ! I havent seen many people reacting to SJ this much and I hope that you will do more videos regarding SJ !

There are so many things they left out regarding Shindong. He not only direct their Uper Shows (tours) but also MVs for other groups & artists. He's the Variety King of SuJu, Radio Host, Actor and national MC like Heechul & Leeteuk. Let's not forget that he's also the comedian of the group and a Savage King. He is said to be the best dancer of SM & all the rookies practice to his dance videos from his rookie days.
Eunhyuk is the stage/performance director on SuJu's super shows (SS). While Shindong is their vcr director in SS. Although I'm sure both influenced each other 👌😉👍

it's really hard to compare Kyuhyun and Jonghyun tbh, i love them both but they've got really different vocals. Kyuhyun's vocals are more of the honey-ish sweet type with such good technique while Jonghyun's got a strong powerful voice,, it's funny also because they were both reallyyyyy close friends.
you should also probably check out SM The Ballad's Hot Times. the old 2011 group with Kyuhyun, Jonghyun, Jay (singer from the band TRAX) and Jino (who's now Jinho, yes the same one in Pentagon).

Ryeowook and Kyuhyun are the evil boys. And I love Kyuhyun’s singing voice. Donghae is the most gorgeous. Eunhyuk is the sexiest dancer. My opinion 🥰🥰
If you want to understand why people say that Kyuhyun is the best vocalist in K-pop, you have to listen to “I don’t love you”, “Wildflower”, “Breath”, “Masquerade”, “I want to escape my destiny”, “Can it be”, “The right to be happy””, “Open your eyes”,”Lune”, “Balero”, “Love disease”, “Although I loved you”, “Etude of Memories”. This guy sang “Fate” with Lee Sunhee (a legend), and not only he managed to keep up, but he actually was incredible, even though he was very nervous. He has an insane control over his voice and that crazy Kyuhyun vibrato gets me every time. He is such a versatile artist and was massively underrated in the past, because of the idol stigma.
I’ve seen many people commenting that he was the only Korean singer they loved. If you dig deeper into his artistic career it’s easy to see way. It’s definitely the same for me! Kyu, Lee Seung Gi and Park Hyo Shin are the only South Korean artists I truly love, and Kyu is definitely nr 1 for me!
Definitely react to Timeless album. Also Replay album. Also if you just react to SuJu mvs in release order (wikipedia has it) either newest to oldest or oldest to newest so you can watch them progress or see where they've been to get where they are now plus you'll have content to upload for months. Upload dates on youtube mvs are not always an accurate indication of release date. Case in point Don't Don mv was 2007 but reuploaded to youtube in 2009. No rush to finish reacting to all of SuJu; they'll be around for a long while yet and ELF will be around forever (it's in our job description the Ever Lasting part). Really enjoyed this and you laughing so hard that breathing got difficult and you had tears; all ELF have been there, lol! My top 5 SJ songs today, 2-5 changes #1 is permanent: 2-5 (no real order) A Day, No Other, Good Day For A Good Day, The Lucky Ones and #1 is Don't Don from the 1st time I watched it/heard it 10 years ago aka the day I asked where do I sign up to be ELF. No, Zhoumi and Henry are the Chinese members of the group who debuted as members of Super Junior-M in 2008. They have NOT left the group. Hangeng was the very first non-Korean member of any Kpop group. He was Chinese and, along with Zhoumi and Henry, they become the very first foreign Kpop idols to be members of a sub-unit designed for the Chinese market Hangeng debuted as an original member of Super Junior in 2005 and was made the leader of Super Junior-M in 2008. He left Super Junior and the Kpop industry in 2010. When Hangeng left Super Junior SM reworked Super Junior-M and added Sungmin and Eunhyuk to the group. So Super Junior-M now has 7 members.
So, technically, Super Junior was "originally" a 15 member group. However, in the same way that the Korean ELF supported Super Junior and forced SM to make them a permanent group, in 2008 when SM announced the addition of Henry and Zhoumi and the creation of Super Junior-M, Korean fans protested yet again. But this time they were against adding any new members to Super Junior. So the Korean fans forced SM, this time, to agree to only make Henry and Zhoumi members of Super Junior's Mandarin sub-unit (they needed more Chinese members to make the Chinese sub-unit work), and they were not allowed to be included in anything to do with the main group of Super Junior.
Zhoumi renewed his contract with SM in 2018, so he is still an "active" member of Super Junior, however, because of the political issues between China and Korea right now, Zhoumi has not done anything with the group for almost 4 years now. However, you might have seen that Zhoumi just released a new song "I'll Be There" with SM, and more specifically, under Super Junior's label -- Label SJ -- and it features Kun and Xiaojun from WayV. th-cam.com/video/O1Aub1BsIYA/w-d-xo.html Zhoumi is an actor, model, author, lyricist and song writer/producer, etc. in China. If it wasn't for all the political issues he would still be in Korea working with Super Junior right now. But because he is only a member of Super Junior-M and they aren't active right now because they can't promote in China, Zhoumi is doing other things with his career.
Henry is Chinese/Taiwanese-Canadian and he is the youngest member of Super Junior. He left SM in 2018 to start his own independent label, but he has never official left Super Junior. Henry is (I will never say was) a member of Super Junior-M. Henry was also one of SM's first foreign Idol group members to become a solo artist. So, most of Henry's time with SM was as a soloist and a few years of Super Junior-M activities.
Now, before someone says "Henry is not a part of Super Junior any more," I want to point out that it has never officially been said that Henry has left Super Junior. Yes, he left SM in 2018 when his contract was up after 10 years, and started his own independent company, but that doesn't necessarily mean he left the group. Some true fans are holding out hope that this means he still may collaborate with SJ on projects in the future. (He is still living and working in Korea and he is still in contact with all the SJ members, etc.) After all, the 3 members of Girls Generation who left SM have said they would like to do something similar in the future. All three members of Girls Generation have said just because they left SM, doesn't mean they left the group.That's why when Girls Generation made their most recent comeback they did it as a sub-unit Oh!GG, because they weren't the full group. And even Taecyeon from 2PM recently left JYP Entertainment but his new company has said they plan to partner with JYP in the future to allow Taecyeon to continue activities with 2PM. (Taecyeon was included in 2PM's recent comeback and activities.) And L from Infinite left Woollmin Entertainment, but he says he has not left the group. So, it looks more promising all the time that if Henry ever wanted to do something with SJ again, he could. After all, Henry is one of Lee SooMan's (SM's) favorite people. (Even though SM may have never allowed Henry to reach his full potential under them, which is part of the reason why he left the company. But I don't think there was any bad blood between them when he left, and he has always been one of SM's most prized artists for the amount of talent he has.)
Henry has a way of captivating audiences with whatever he does, whether its music, dancing, acting, as a trained chef, or just being himself on variety shows.

And about Kyuhyun accident there were some mistakes
1. The members in that accident were Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk and Kyuhyun.
2. Shindong and Eunhyuk were the less injured with only a few bruises and stitches.
3. Leeteuk had above 170 stitches caused by glass shards embedded in his back and near his eye, he was hospitalized and till now he had suffered scoliosis because of the accident.
4. Kyuhyun had 6 broken ribs that piercing his lung and developed pneumothorax, a fracture in his hip and bruises all over the body including his face.
5.the two lesser injured members divided to take care of the other two so Shindong take care of Leeteuk, and Eunhyuk take care of Kyuhyun.
6. When Enuhyuk saw Kyuhyun he was so badly injured and he cried and prayed for him with Kyuhyun; but Kyuhyun started talking nonsense and Eunhyuk was so worried that Kyuhyun wouldn’t make it; so he tried to maintain him conscious as long as he could.
7. The media arrives first, but they were only filming and no one called an ambulance till a member of Shinwha, who was casually passing by, recognized them and helped them.
8.when the paramedics came Leeteuk was going to be the first one saved but, he refused the help and told them that there was another member worse and sent them to him; even though he was the member who had lost more blood; you can hear a clip of that day when he keeps shouting Kyuhyun name, when he was carried to the ambulance (Kyuhyun were already ahead of to the hospital).
9. Kyuhyun Actually only had 20% chance to live not 30% and only if the do that surgery through the throat; but his father insisted on another way because his son dream was to be a singer. He fought the hospital till a doctor Wang Young Pil suggested an alternative operation through the ribs. Kyuhyun were 4 days in coma; and SuJu members were told that he probably would died. All of the members sent him messages and they were devastated, but they still had hope that Kyuhyun would recover.
10. All members were discharged in different times Shindong and Eunhyuk were released a couple days before, but Eunhyuk keeps in the hospital a couple days more, because Leeteuk was scared of being alone, Leeteuk was released after a month, and Kyuhyun was discharged 4~5 months later and had to learn how to walk again.
This is a painful story so I don’t usually want to remember. Thankfully they all recovered from that 💙
I get so sad every time I hear this story! It must’ve been so scary for them at the time. I can’t even imagine how hard it was for Kyu to go through the whole thing and afterwards the recovery process. Every time I listen to his voice or see him perform, I just can’t help but be proud of him 💙
@@irina6748 Yes I always think how lucky we are for being able to hear his voice again, and in my personal opinion Kyuhyun has a trauma even now, because he usually never talks about the accident, and he tends to omit talking about it. The others members are the ones who usually cover it

The fight between Leeteuk and Heechul is called the Incheon Battle by the group. It's real, they talked about it on the radio and other talk shows. Their most recent variety show is Super TV and Return of Super Junior. The Super Shows are what they call their concerts; not the SM Town concerts but the world tour concerts that they perform. So far there have been 8 of them. They are SUPER SUPER fun to watch!
Actually Kyuhyun is the best KPOP singer he is number one because of his technique and resonance is imbatible, his level is on another level for a KPOP singer; and this is said by several vocal analysts around the world; and the ones who are closer to him are only B1A4’ Sandeul and SuJu Ryeowook. Just a quick pronunciation breakdown of their names... Not sure if this would help you at all, but here's my shot.
Just a side note, when pronouncing "eu", make a sound from your throat while gritting your teeth. You should look like this emoji 😬 while you're at it.
Leeteuk = E (alphabet) + teuk
Heechul = he + ch + all
Hangeng = hun (rhymes with bun/nun) + geng ("geng" sounds like "earn" minus the "rn")
Yesung = yeah + song (as in sing-song)
Kangin = kang (rhymes with rung) + in
Shindong = shin + doh + ng
Sungmin = song + min
Eunhyuk = eu + n + he + awe + k
Donghae = doh + ng + hay

I'm not entirely sure how hangeng is pronounced within international elfs but while he was active in korea his name was pronounced: "han" (like HANi from exid and luHAN formerly from exo) + "kyung" ('young' but add a 'k' in the beginning)
another explanation of kangin is "kang" (like kangaroo) + "in" or a more authentic pronunciation is to use the first "ah" sound from the word "Amazing" so it becomes:
"k-ah-ng" + "in"
eunhyuk, ryeowook, and kyuhyun are typically the hardest to pronounce bc of their shared vowels but just remember the sound of "yuh" and incorporate it!
for example:
eun (like naEUN from apink) + h-yuh-k
r-yuh + ook (this one takes some practice and the 'w' is supposed to be silent!)
g-yoo + h-yuh-n (the original pronunciation actually sounds closer to a "g" sound than a "k" sound)

Their concerts have a branding called Super Show. Started in 2008 and now they are i their 8th Instalment. They would have gone to many countries for Super Show 8 before their 15th Anniversary this November 2020 but had to cancel and put on hold due to the virus outbreak.

Chen is a great and even almost a perfect singer but but but the thing that always make me crave something more is his emotions. sometimes he’s so good that i think whenever i hear him i can only praise his technicality. But when it comes to Kyuhyun, it feels like he’s directly talking to me like he’s my ex lover or something asdjlahaoa that’s how much emotion he has
so if im going to rank male (not counting the females because that is going to be HARD) SM singers objectively it would be like this:
