चमचमीत मसाला भेंडी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ मोठा चमचा तेल
• १/२ चमचा मोहरी
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• लसणीचे काप
• कढीपत्ता
• २५० ग्रॅम भेंडी
• १ चमचा गोडा मसाला
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
Today we are making masala bhendi. This turns out simply delicious. It is very easy and simple recipe. It doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it from very few ingredients those are readily available in your pantry. It looks tempting and tastes super delicious. We already have seen 2-3 bhendi recipes. This is yet another simple and yummy addition to the list. It can be a good lunch box option. If you are bored of having the same bhendi sabzi then you must try this recipe. Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• Sliced Garlic
• Curry leaves
• 250 gm Bhendi / Lady’s finger
• 1 tsp Goda masala
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Roasted Peanut powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, garlic and curry leaves and mix well. Avoid
frying garlic.
• Wash bhendi well and dry them with a napkin.
• Cut off the stem part and cut it into slices.
• Add bhendi and mix well.
• Cover and cook on medium just for 5 minutes.
• Remove the lid and fry well for about 7-8 minutes until the stickiness of bhendi is completely
removed.
• If you want crunchy bhendi the continue frying after this until it gets light golden color.
• Add goda masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, roasted peanut powder and mix well.
• You can blend roasted chana dal into coarse powder and use that in place of roasted peanut
powder.
• You also can use grated dry coconut or shredded fresh coconut in place of roasted peanut
powder.
• Fry the bhaji well for another 3-4 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add coriander leaves.
• Mix well and lasuni masala bhendi is ready.
