This looks a very useful piece of hardware. You could probably sign it to some of these modern guitar pedals where you can control external switches with, etc
I have a Pageflip unit which you can program the switches to whatever keyboard keystroke and or combination you like. It's great and I use it with a program called Power Music but I have also used it to control keystrokes remotely on our projection software when no one else was available to operate the video screen proj.
How different is it from the BC-1857 version of lekato? They're look the same but which one delivers more since you said this one is more fragile on the edges?
I did not have the chance to test it with OnSong, but I’d imagine it would work since the features are identical to most of the foot pedals that OnSong lists as supported.
Also, the spacebar starts and stops playback in Strum Machine. Just sayin'.
