Sorry about the audio issues and the incoherence in this one - currently battling through a wisdom tooth infection and was a bit out of sorts! Let me know what you think of the Cupra Leon 310 - would you have this over a Golf R estate?
The giveaway is the exhaust, the lower end models have a fake square looking copper tip. The only ones with quad pipes are the fastest models. But yes they could have done with some more flare I think like on the old Cupra models, you wouldn’t want someone mistaking your 310 4drive for a 1.5 TSI 150!
I traded my cupra 290 in for an RS4 Avant, the 2014 with the 4.2L V8. Surprisingly got £18k for it and paid £25k for the RS4. Gnna miss the cupra. But that V8 is giving me 100 smiles per gallon haha.
@@ItsDanLatham they're thirsty beast averaging 24mpg for me and not very torquey, but they sound great and run up to 8250rpm and that's where you get the best out of it. Can't go wrong with 444hp (450ps). It's super practical for the family and quite agile for a big boat lol. Couldn't believe I could afford it when I looked, with the used car market being what it is I really got a great deal for my cupra, it was/is a fun car and I wanted to do more with it. But I've also always wanted a V8 and this is closer to the dream car (RS6) than I ever thought I'd get. In great condition for a nearly 9 year old car with 71k on the clock.

Never knew these existed until I saw one in grey couple of weeks ago. Shame it's hard to tell if it's the performance model or not

Ive had mine for just over a week and loving it, I swapped from a Mk4 VRS, here in west wales theres plenty of roads where i can stretch its legs…😊😊😊
Great choice! I’m envious as a london dweller 😂
Driving around with the engine warning light on @10:30 😱
The engine is switched off, it’s normal for the engine light to be illuminated before you fire it up in every car…
Shortlist is between this, in the VZ2, or the Skoda Octavia Vrs.
Don't know yet which one to go for 🤔
Cupra VZ2.
@@johnguidetti5839yeah that's the plan. Got a few test drives booked in
Needs to be lowered a tad and have some wider arches.
300 hp not 310hp, onlyg the Formetor has 310hp!!
The estate has 310, the hatch has 300

Thats a pretty cool transformation! I’d love to run a v8 for a bit!

@@JP_RS6 congrats, I hope you continue to enjoy it at least for now!
