Think it has to do with the stream itself as these are VODs. Some times they're crisp and other times just fuzzy

All the raids ive had recently have been very dead. I had an interchange raid and the whole time not one shot was fired. On a lighthouse raid we ran from southern to water and saw no pmc’s. This is AU servers but just seems really dead.

And if you get packet loss upon spawn, it means NO boss spawned?

it's almost that, if you play on a 100+ ping server if no packet loss then boss is 100% on the map. If you play on a server with less than 100 ping then no packet loss is not a 100% chance for boss
got to admit, the video quality could be better. VOD's seem fine and clear on twitch but these after editing rendered vids seem just blurry even on 1440p
I cant imagine what its like to stream for 100+ people. I already get uneasy doing a screenshare for a friend .. i might show something i dont want or whatever but having people i dont know watching me? I would do the worlds most awkward silent stream.

Imagine if they made you rest your PMC for an hour or two in the hideout to avoid sleep induced paranoia. Scavs can have it randomly, becomes less likely with higher scav rep. Paranoia would just make you hear stuff that isn't actually happening, or even seeing a bullet whiz by you, or the sounds of like a nade pin being pulled, thrown, or landing near you.
