We know the game like no one. Arkansas fans are still trying to figure it out. UK fans told UT to be patient with Barnes that he was good for them when UT fans were turning. We call it over and over.
As a UK fan, nobody would flame you for your preseason predictions because we were worried too. We were definitely excited for a number of reasons. However, we had plenty of optimistic concern about an unproven coach. Y'all's worries were echoed here too. Your midseason feeling of pleasant surprise is echoed here too. I think Koby Brea is one of the best at keeping his shoulders square when he takes his shots from 3. He hardly ever has his feet or shoulders in an akward position. GO BIG BLUE!

Really? We've got a guy who's made a buzzer beater to put his team into the National Championship! We've got the best shooter in the country! Jaxson Robinson has zero fear to pull the trigger and can get a shot off. Oweh is clutch. Carr was great down the stretch vs Duke & Zaga.
It makes it better! I have faith in butler, Robinson, Oweh, Carr or Brea taking that shot. Pope will draw up the plays and opponents won’t know who to key on.

Before the season I was thinking one win is fine and a second or more is good. But now, I’m thinking I expect a sweet 16 and at least a strong performance in it to hopefully get to the elite 8. Keep it up and maybe I’m hoping for an elite 8 and a good performance in it to get a final four. But I think right now I’ll be fine with a sweet sixteen but would hope for an elite 8. Anything past sweet 16 would make me happy.

Brea is a really poor defender and gets picked on constantly. Whenever he's in, the other team goes right at him. He also doesn't block out. That's why he doesn't get more minutes. Still love him, though! He's a big giveth and taketh guy, and in a game like this he gaveth more than he tooketh.

Love how Greg picked UK to win, but I think he is wrong about Florida. This same Florida team made the SEC tournament championship last season, and beat Alabama too. Alabama is basically the same team as last year with a bit of an upgrade. Florida is the same team as last year with a bit of an upgrade Also. And Florida smacked Alabama last year. That's where I have to say, Florida is a top 5 team in the league by far and is a top 15 team in the country. I mean they have one of the best back courts in the country, I'm sorry I can't sit here and say with confidence that Alabama is better than Florida considering what I've seen from both teams. They are both at a similar level, with UK right above both by a sliver. I am confident when I say that Kentucky when they come to play can beat anybody in the country, including Auburn and Tennessee..this just speaks volumes about how great the SEC is this year. You have who is Auburn and Tennessee who so far have looked like the best two teams in the country, then UK, Mississippi State, Florida, Alabama, Texas A&M who all could make a deep run this year.
