1) Gordon is easily the most recognizable reality cooking judge for being loud, temperamental and abusive. So yes, in a way, in this situation, the world does revolve around him when I was simply making a comparison.

@@imthecoolest50 i think its just an asian way to teach. asians teach in very strict ways. a teacher would be strict on a student when they see potential in them and they dont want them to fail so they act more strict to give them pressure and it makes them dont want to make any mistakes so that allows them to grow faster and more accurate in what they are doing. what alvin is doing is just this. he sees potential in eric

Haha it might sound arrogant but in the restaurant business, its always the head chef's standard. If he says it's too burned to take out to the customer, even if you don't disagree, his word is law.
