@@amanita1295 no ..it's on 1st floor..I don't know about the facility of lift but yeah our room was in 1st floor so don't need any lift..and hotel sonar bangla 's stuff was very good our all luggagees they shifted in our room that was in 1st floor..bt the hotel was total 4th or 5th floor so may be you can get lift facility and it's a very renowned hotel in Darjeeling
