I was on the fence about this bike to begin with but I think your review has sold it to me as a great all-rounder budget entry e-bike. An excellent review covering the mixed surfaces and everything someone would want to know about the bike, some nice close up shots too
Cracking review matey...well done. I have the exact same model and commute through the hills every day. Its great for it but does need beefier tyres which I can't seem to find. You have to ride this very tentatively through any sort of mud, snow or heavy gravel, but would be much more fun with the right tyres.
Thank you! For the tires, I would suggest looking online, as 26x4 tires are pretty common these days, with all the fat tire bikes around. There are definitely some good options out there that may help in those non-ideal conditions. ;) best of luck to ya!
With the two models seeming so similar, I'm really torn between the XF650 ($1,299) and the XF800 ($1,799). I'm fine with the cost of the XF800, but I'm wondering if its differences are worth the extra $500 over the XF650. What say you, Ennovation?
Which Cyrusher Do you think is more bang for the buck? Or if you can recommend another fat tire bike that’s better. I’m looking for a great fat tire E bike that has speed/quality for the dollar I spend. Thanks for the great review
You know... If you don't need the folding capabilities, the Xf650 might be my favorite one. It has most of the same components as the rest, wider Handlebars (which appeal to me personally) and the same top speed as far as I remember. You could always upgrade the controller down the road and really take advantage of the full 750-watt motor too. Snapcycle also makes some cool Fat tire bikes around the same price point as the 650 too.
Might have missed it in your video, how mich battery did you use during your ride out? Im thinking about getting 1 but id like to know if it could comfortably manage a 20 mile round trip with a gew minor hills
The new version, the Rider, which is mostly similar, looks like it comes with a 14Ah battery, or 768 watt-hours. That should be plenty of juice for an easy breezy 20 miler! I don't know if I had a solid battery before/battery after measurement on this particular review, but based on the estimates of the battery capacity, I'd imagine you'd be fine! You can also check the owner's groups. People are always down to share their ride stats, and what they usually get on their bikes. Might be some good info there!
I’ve tested a few cheaper e-bikes, and there are some out that would fit the bill. Some like Hiboy, Troxus, or Lectric. The only one I could “recommend” is Lectric due to their decent bikes and good customer service though. I have only briefly tested the other two brands.
that's not a bad comparison, right there. If I had to pick between these 2, I'd probably go R1. The main reasons are integrated battery (which looks cooler), better battery (Samsung), and way more power. The R1 has that 22amp controller and that thing rips. I like to go fast and look cool, so that's why I'd go that way.
Well, I'm working on my review of the new XF900 now (I reviewed an older model last year) and for me, there are pros for both. IF I had to pick one, I'd go 900. Though I like the cockpit of the 650 a bit more. I think they use some wider handlebars that have a bit of a different feel to them, and I really dig that. Obviously 900 has great suspension, and it really does feel like riding a motorcycle, so I love that aspect.
Hey there! The Cyrusher bikes have a waterproof rating, and for the most part are pretty sealed. Though I wouldn't recommend riding around in a downpour often, I would think light rain would be totally fine here. I've ridden tons of Ebikes in terrain and have had zero issues personally.

Glad I could help! Thanks for watching.
probably the best bike review I've watched so far

@@Ennovation Perfect, thank you very much!
How do you use walk mode on the bike?
I'm 5'3 and looking for a fast cheaper ebike to use for work and delivery jobs any recommendations

How do you get it to’walk’ with you?
Press and hold the down button on the keypad (the button that lowers your level of pedal assist).
Perfectly as described!
Great review! Thanks
Appreciate it Vernon :)
The snapcycle R1 or this 650?

oh yeah nice review bro !
What do you think about the XF 900 ? Who's the best for you ?

They say the brakes are mechanical hydraulic disk brakes . How can it be both??
Hey Johnny! Must be a typo, because they're definitely mechanical. Maybe they plan to upgrade them in the future, but I haven't heard about that yet.
mechanical disc brakes with hydraulic pistons kind of hybrid
Can we drive under the rain ?

Cyrusher says its a 1000w peek motor :-)
This bike don't seem bad at all
You know, it really isn't 👍
