I love this final boss remake. It’s really awesome that in the background during the battle against Dark Bowser, you can see the dark whirlwind with the pieces of the trees and the Fawful statue flying around. It’s even more epic than the original 2009 game. I’m so glad I got this remake for my 3DS
I just feel the remake was a bit rough round the edges, there’s no denying the music is great and it’s really good looking, but the animations and transitions just don’t feel as smooth as they did in the original and it feels a lot slower. The changes to some attacks too were a bit questionable - falling star, broggy, magic window to name some
@@Lumakid100 its funny, when i first played this, when i got to bit with the darkstar plotline i was like "hold on, what about the blorbs?" So when got to the bit with the star cures and found out that it solved the issue with the blorbs im like "hold up if the star cures cured the the blorbs then why didnt you just talk to dr toadley and got his crystald ball in the first place since he obviously know considering in his words "theres nothing his crystal ball doesnt know", u told us there was no cure for the blorbs and now suddenly there is but we wouldbnt of known that, had we not needed the cures to break the barrier to the castle, the f kind of docs are you"

Nah, the original music is waaaay better.
@@Leafblade77 I personally like the newer version better.
My only gripe with the remake version is the music still going during the final punches with bowser, just seemed more epic when it all got quiet

I miss the truly infinite magic window. Great reward for taking an entire side mission into Bowser’s Castle

What about the disease in the beginning? They find the way out?
That’s solved by the time you get to Peach’s Castle.
