Nice video, subbed. Love my shrimp, new to the aquarium hobby and they are fun to hunt lol. Got ten in the post and was amazed they survived a 48 hour journey. They are caridina greens and share a tank with my guppies and albino Glowlights. The ammonia in the packaging was really high when they got here and I had to make a net to separate that water with an embroidery ring and some mesh! Have a proper net now, same as yours so things are looking up. Looking forward to more content.

And I think that floater is Purple Fringed Riccia maybe possibly
You could get a lil gang of micro rasbora or endless that you can rotate through your tanks to nibble up the seed shrimp n stuff
