This time I used 10 kg of ginger to make wet & dry ginger candies, which can be eaten as snacks.Also made Shunde's famous dessert--Ginger Milk Pudding. When ginger meets milk, it will undergo a wonderful chemical reaction and solidify. It brings a taste that melts in your mouth and feels warm from the mouth to the stomach.

用來祛濕驅寒、暖宮暖胃
以前老人言“出門帶塊姜，時時保健康”
這次我用了20斤姜做了幹濕兩種姜糖，可以當零嘴吃
還有順德聞名甜品-姜撞奶
姜遇到奶發生奇妙的化學反應凝固
帶來了入口即化的順滑
