Seungeon's voice is so distinct and versatile, it will play a big part in EVNNE's overall discography, I'm honestly excited for all the songs, Even More tho sounds so ethereal

As much as I love ZB1. This feels much more a rounded group. ZB1 definitely has more support, I mean they were the top 9 in voting. But I felt that zb1 definitely lacks the hiphop/rap line, not that they are required but that’s one usually one aspect that people expect, I love new kids on the block though I actually prefer that to the title even the other songs. I get you on the title for Evnne, or maybe the way it was cut off, because I’ve heard lots of highlight medley where I was not sure at first but when I heard the full music/mv, it was like wow. So I expect good thing by Monday 😊
Fully agree. ZB1 only has one really solid rapper and that's Gunwook, and he didn't even get to show it off for their debut album since those songs were preselected prior to the lineup announcement. A few other members can be pushed for sub-rapper but Gunwook is the only one that is 'main rapper' material. I think the fact Evnee has more than one rapper worthy of being a main rapper and are actively showcasing it with hiphop music styles gives them an edge that ZB1 doesn't have which is unfortunate considering a lot of people like rap when it's done well and I think Gunwook could do extremely well if given the opportunity. This isn't me comparing him to Keita or Jihoo or anything like that, I just think his talents aren't being properly showcased in ZB1 and that's unfortunate for the group as a whole. WakeOne isn't even promoting Gunwook's rap capabilities which is crazy. The amount of times I've seen zeroses not know he can rap (not to mention the huge amount of people that haven't seen his Wild Idol clips) is insane. He was picked as main rapper on that show at 16 and got complimented by professional Khiphop artists for a reason and it sucks that huge part of him hasn't been properly showcased since. He himself has commented on how other ZB1 members don't know he raps and how he wants to rap again. This is all to say, I agree with your comment and am super excited for Evnne's music. I am also hoping that Gunwook gets to actually rap for the next comeback as he could definitely bring a hiphop color to ZB1's music if given an opportunity to actually show it even if he's the only one in the group that can rap rap.
watching the teaser making film where they put the instrumental of the song in almost full, i think we can all agree that it has a few elements of the generic boy group noise music sound but it’s also pretty far away from it
