- At the time this video is posted *I am a commissioned California Notary Public and I am NOT an attorney and cannot give legal advice*
My name is Aldric, I am a California Notary Public / Loan Signing Agent. (NSA / LSA).

In this video, I show you EXACTLY how I do during a closing / Loan Signing for a Buyers Packet.
Each signing packet is different as states, lenders, escrow or title companies have different requirements, disclosures, notarizations needed, and buyers profiles may sometime require specificities. However, there are documents that are almost always present in each signing and an overall process that is typical.
I always make sure that signers have a great experience, all their questions answered ASAP and make them feel comfortable with the purchasing process until the most nerve-wracking time: the Signing / Closing.
It may just be another signing for the Notary, another sale for the Realtor, another loan funded for the Loan officer, another closing for the escrow officer, however it is a very special moment for the signers who may commit to pay for a loan for the next 30 years and put down hard earned money. For some their dream finally materialized. It has to be respected by all people involved in the process, show empathy and excitement for them, take the time and patience necessaryfor each of the signers. Each signing is different and individuals are different, but at the end, they all need to feel good and reinsured about their choice. This is when a good Notary Signing Agent shows that they care and genuinely want to help their signers.

This was the best mock signing that I’ve found on TH-cam. It was nice of you to show the entire process from start to finish.
Thank you Melissa! I like to help others and provide what I couldn't find myself when I just started as Notary Loan Signing Agent. I've just posted another video that is an actual / real signing ;)
Yeah, thank you bro.
This is hands down one of the best mock signings that I have come across. I am a Mark Wills student, and even though he does have the best course out there, it can be a bit overwhelming.. thank you so much for sharing 🥂
Thank you Donna! I'm glad you appreciate it :) . Mark Wills offers an awesome course, I agree. Mark and his team are so positive, full of energy and motivating!
Aldric - Thanks so much for your mock signing. Great video. I appreciate you taking the time to put it together and uploading.
Thank you Jeannette! I'm glad you like it :) I've just posted another video that is an actual / real signing ;)
I just became a real estate paralegal & this video was very thorough and helpful! My last closing was a VA as well :-) thank you my friend! Lol
Congrats on your new role! Thank you for your comment, I'm glad that you enjoyed my mocking video. 😃
This video was soo helpful, others do not show using the notary journal at all.I'm soo happy to see this.
23:58 "ohh I like your cat" xD
New RON and studying to become a LSA, thank you so much!!!
This mock signing is complete, accurate and professional, great job 👍
Thank you for taking the time to explain. Great video
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I've just posted another video from a real signing ;)
The absolute best mock signing. Thank you ❤❤❤
This is so helpful, thank you so much for taking the time to create such a thorough video. I agree, it’s the best one out there! 💯 😃👍👍
Thank you! I enjoyed doing it. Glad that it helps :)
You are the best thank you now I’m learning ,I hope soon I’ll have my first signing.❤
Thank you, I'm glad you like it! Did you have your first signing in the meantime? Good luck on your LSA journey! 😀
Thank you for providing this video. Very helpful
This training was great. Thank you.
This was great, thank you for doing this.
Thank you so much for making the mock signing available for new agents such as me. I haven't yet started the business but looking to start asap. Please let me know if there is a whole bunch of sample documents available to review for practice so that I can do a kind of exercise before I accept any business.
You called the buyer the "grantee" on the Deed and if she's purchasing the property, she doesn't sign a grant deed, but the seller who is the "grantor" is the one who signs the "Grant Deed"...💁🏽♀️
Hi Debra, most of Grant Deeds are only signed by Grantors (sellers). However, you may not be familiar with it, but some Builders, for new home sales, like Tri Pointe for instance, have buyers (Grantees) sign the deed of Trust as well through the "Grantee acceptance and Agreement" page that is notarized. I can make a short video for you about it so you can see actual docs. ;)
Thank you so much for this. I just found you on TH-cam and I am so happy I did. I have one question for you. Did you take a photo of the license to go along with the documents?
Awesome man, thanks 👍
Thank you for this amazing video Aldric, it is just what I needed to see.
Q? The two thin stamps you used are those with your full name, notary public??
****I am new to your channel and just subscribed :) Thanks again
Thank you for your nice comment! I'm glad it helps you. Yes the thin stamps have my name on it. I show it on my latest video (9 factors..) at 7:44 ;)
amazing video
Thank you for sharing! Do you do reverse mortgages ?
Thank you for your comment Roberta. I sometime do Reverse Mortgages but it's not the most common. It can definitely be daunting when you have never done any as there are a lot of pages, around 200 and it takes a long time to have it signed, especially when it is mainly elderly people that use it. I may look into it sometimes in order to make a video. ;)
I am a newly commissioned notary and in my trainings and in other videos watched a notary should not be filling out documents and I noticed that you did. Is this because these documents are for a purchase of a home and not a refinance?
Aldric - Where did you get the Notary Journal? thank you
Music is distracting
Nice presentation. I have been commissioned to be Notary Signing Agent in California. I'm waiting for my package to arrive and then want to proceed to be LSA/NSA. I would appreciate if you could accept to be my mentor. Thanks Hassan
Would you be interested in mentoring me?
This is great! I've been looking for something like this for awhile. I've been commissioned for almost 2 years and I am a bit nervous of doing a signing. Do you have a cheatsheet you can share? Just wanted to say thank you for doing this to help ppl like me that are nervous to start, and it is FREE. Others are taking advantage of this opportunity to charge ppl to share their knowledge.
You used several stamps that are not a notary stamp. Can you tell me what they are? Thank you🎉
As it's a mock video I didn't use my actual notary stamp as I'm not supposed to. The one I used in lieu of my Notary Stamp for this video is an old stamp I made years ago that has my signature on it. However, I have another video on my channel of an actual signing / real signing that I did. I have multiple stamps that I use beside my Notary stamp. The other thin stamps you see have my name printed on them as I have a long name and it saves me time. I show it on my "What's in my notary bag video". ;)
@@AldricNotaryLSA I also noticed around the 9:50 mark it appears you used a stamp for you name in print and one for signature if I'm not mistaken. If so where does one acquire those? Thanks.
