Sorry for the late reply, I have prepared a complete demo using the simulator that you can find on github.com/amine-amaach/simulators/tree/main/examples/ioTSensorsMQTT-SpB or you can simply run "docker pull amineamaach/sensors-sparkplugb:v1.0.0" to the pull the image.
