- A-4N Skyhawk "Ayit" is a Strike Aircraft located at BR of 9.3 in War Thunder. At first glance it's nothing interesting. But in reality - it has everything. It was quite a smooth stock grind.

Shafrir for close range dogfight, 9Ds for faster aircraft. GG
I use mixed so I do not have to worry about R3R and Matra R530 (I like to go to 5k altitude at the beginning of the game)
Remover the Booster mod on all A4 variants. Less chance of wing ripping.
Edit: Also use the air brake in dives and hard turns.
Edit 2: And some of the music reminds me of DBZ which is awesome.

@@arroyo5802yes they do. They give you a small boost of speed on takeoff, or a short burst of speed in the air. Other than that they are dead weight and drag that severely affects performance. Almost like having another two gunpods without the ammo.
@@RedTail1-1 I think he meant the control surface boosters…? I dunno, haven’t played in 4 months…
@@RedTail1-1the boosters are automatically dropped though? Unless thats a setting i turned on its always been like that
Saving the boosters until you get into a dogfight is a lifesaver, you’ll regain most of your energy and get back on top in a turn fight

I had a bunch of fun in the ayit. I ran it with a gun pod for quite a while. Just keep and eye on your speed in those turns or your wings are coming off.

To everyone saying they want ir moves up, it'd be at fhe same br as fhe A10 pretty much. And it's not that good. Also if its moved up, what lineup can if be played in. No ones gonna up br their 9.7 lineup (especially since its mainly consisting of 9.3 tanks) the next lineup youd have is 11.3. and at that br you already have phantoms. So to move it up makes it unplayable. Try to have akme foresight before talking🙏🏼

As usual excellent gameplay. I noticed you are usung a mix of 2 x aim 9d + 2 x sharfrir 2. Why not 4 aim9d?
Also a good thing for Ayit or A4 Players in general: the wingrip wealness - guess many rip it, which keeps the br low. I think Ayit should be on the same level as the swiss hunter in ger tree.

i dunno, like it has flares, aa missiles and guided ornament at 9.3 while i have to suffer on french planes without such things, at least gib me flares
