In the books it’s stated he was terrified of the flood to where he was holding every never in his body to not run away. Even chief is human

When considering purchasing a figure with such a hefty price tag, it helps to have a very thorough review to watch beforehand.
Plus, of course, when Reznya tells you it's worth the price, it probably is.

I'm inclined to believe that the paint is actually due to the delay that Halo Infinite went through, as early trailers showed a much cleaner suit for Chief. It's likely that this toy was designed before the delay dirtied him up for the final game.
Really good looking figure. I can easily see chief fitting in the shrapnel series. Just needs abit of scuffing and dirt like you said. See you next time!
I have this figure and my only criticism (not really) is that it’s just 6.8 inches compared to the Jazwares version which is 7.2 Inches which gives him an accurate height to other 1/12 figures as in the games he is 7 foot 2. Apart from that the 1000toys Chief is 9/10 for me

I can't believe the level of reverence you had for Master Chief, I was expecting something more comedic, but you kept it concise, professional and straightforward, just like the Chief, kudos to you mate.

Weird, 343 is still using the older timeline reach styled AR, I haven't kept up with infinite so it stood out like a sore thumb.
Edit Shotgun looks like a destiny's guns. Thanks for the video its fantastic as always.
Infinite's art style borrows *very* heavily from Halo Reach (which I personally prefer over the Halo 4 and 5 designs)
The MA40 has some differences when compared to the MA37 from Reach, but the overall design is definitely the same
The main reason for the reach type of weapons being used and older styles is because the UNSC in canon is actually going through budget cuts 💀 never expected the UNSC to be going through money troubles but i guess two alien wars’ll do that to you

Its not an older weapon. Its just the version in the ma family of assault rifles used by the unsc army rather than the marines.
You still impress me Moon, your animations have always been consistently amazing, from camera quality, effects and to the phenomenal VAs

Thanks for the review. The green armor is much brighter than I thought. The photos on Amazon show it to be much darker.

Paint does look a bit too clean and bright, like he just got a fresh paint job before heading out. But if he somehow ends up in the world of Shrapnel, I guess the armor will quickly lose its shine.
Nice review as always, and good choice of music for the outro!
Just drop him in some dirt. Maybe a few metallic accents for scuffs and a few oily spots to give that grungy look.

I think I still got an old 12 inch McFarlane Halo 3 Master Chief figure in my totes somewhere (Along with "Legendary" edition stuff from Halo 3 & Reach, yes I stood in line at midnight for them & no I have no regrets about it)
I got the one with the red energy sword, this is my most expensive figure.

I never played any Halo game myself though I am a fan of the title. I even write a Crossover between Halo and Crysis though it’s on a bit of a hiatus now due to me not having any of the books and therefore nothing to go by to make the 2nd chapter. This video is very inspirational and motivational for me to somehow write one though.👍

I think Master chief figure nails the Figure very well done! All the articulations are just perfect and it's just like the accurate game design

When he was stood up next to the other figures, I couldnt help but think, "I thought you'd be taller."
I was kinda expecting to Potato to comment on the MA-40 being chambered in 7.62. The assault rifle is a descendent of the original AK-47.

missed opportunity to shove magnets in the guns to stick to the back. The weapons always magically attach to the back of spartans and it would've been kinda n o i c e.

Hey moon, just a heads up, there is a PX Previews exclusive version of this figure and the difference is that the energy sword is replaced with the elite bloodblade and a shock rifle . If you are seeing this comment, you should check out the figure it's a really good recommendation, so I hope u enjoy.
I have the halo combat evolved stylized one and it's a phenomenal figure except for the wrists, the hands constantly fall off and struggle to hold the weight of his weapons. Can you tell me if this halo infinite master chief's wrists give you any trouble? I've been so on the fence with this figure after buying their first one.
I can only pray they make a Thel'vadam figure so we can complete the set of Arby n The Chief

I mean, with the armor being so cleanly painted... You can add in your own smudges and "damage", if you so desire.

I wonder how long Master Chief Petty Officer John 117 would survive a fight against other characters. Especially when he has Cortona(its a name I saw off somewhere for what some people were calling Chief's new Ai).

I have a halo reach jazzware cat fig from Walmart it was garbage one arm was so loose it completely fell off on its own (can’t find it ) any suggestions on customization for it i threw it in a box after its arm fell off and went missing so i no longer have its Spartan lazer (was on said lost arm ) or the alt hands and helmetless head
