We have a saying in Romanian: nu da vrabia din mână pe cioara de pe gard, meaning - dont give the sparrow from your hand for the crow on the fence ❤ Beautiful story ❤ in love with this 1
I like this channel more than the rest of the Nagas tales by different channel and narrator, the very beginning of the videos in this channel is traditionally awesome, my love and best wishes to all my naga friend who came to shillong and stayed in laithumkhrah from years 1993 till the new ones in the 2014 ❤.
I was just seven years old when I first met the Nagas in shillong, in the year 1993 the house rent that time in laithumkhrah was just 200 monthly, my grandma would give rent those years then.
Actually im from Shena old and i see that There's little mistake in narration which changed the whole moral of the story at the end.... its a story handed down from generation to generation and my concern strucked my mind if this story replace the authentic one in the minds of today's generation😢😢😢😢 id rather suggest to read the written story rather than this visual one ❤❤ 98 % mks for the rest of narration ❤
Hi! We would like to clarify that all the stories shared on this channel are sourced from books. Specifically, this particular story was drawn from a collection of Sumi folktales. In addition to the book, we also explored various video adaptations of the story and consulted with elderly individuals who are well-versed in its details. The story of Inakha and Ghonili is indeed based on a true event, though, as with many oral traditions, we encountered slight variations in the telling. For instance, one version suggests that Ghonili's death was a result of childbirth, which occurred after Inakha prevented her from leaving through the front door, forcing her to exit through the back-an act considered a bad omen in the culture. Additionally, it is said that Inakha passed away from heartbreak upon learning of Ghonili's death. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy by conducting thorough research and engaging with those who are knowledgeable about the tale. However, we would be delighted to hear your version of the story and any insights you may have. Thank you so much for your interest, and we look forward to hearing from you.
