I love his highlight tape. Throws outside the numbers. Outside of Caleb Williams, not a lot of QBs in this year's draft can show film of themselves doing that.
He's smart and calm in the pocket at the same time I know it's late but welcome to the 🙌🏾 Cam stay healthy and lead your team bra if he can play Florida like he did Oregon 😬
He just kickstarted his tenure at Miami, and he looked very good against Florida. He throws a pretty ball with a tight spiral, mobile enough to extend plays and pick up first downs/big yards, and is poised in the pocket.
He should've went to Ohio State or Florida State. I don't place judgment on this young man in any way but it seems like Miami really went All In to get him and he perhaps said to himself, look, they really want me, they're offering a really good amount along with nil opportunities so although I stand winning a championship with a higher probability at those two schools I'd rather be at the place that wants me the most and the place that best suits me and you can't blame him for that. I think he would have really up'd the game at osu or fsu though. Miami's getting better though and Cristobal is a good coach so maybe this is the year they turn it around. I know one thing, in really love this guy Cam Ward and I hope he has one hell of a year and I hope he goes to the NFL and has an fantastic career. Anyway that's my two cents.
Good point. Although both OSU and FSU would’ve benefited from Cam transferring in, I think he saw Miami as 1) A great fit 2) A place that really wanted him and 3) The best team they had in years. He has faith in this Miami team to get back to their old 90s-early 2000s success
@@Hurricane_Warning Definitely so, well put. I'm a lifelong Bama fan but ultimately a football fan in general and there are certain players and other teams I kind of grow attached to any given season or over the course of one's career and all of that, and so yeah, Cam is one of those guys I've been watching since Incarnate Word so I really really hope he lights it up this coming season and plays himself into the Heisman finalist race and helps Miami make a strong run for the playoffs. Football is better when Miami is a top ten program, that's for sure.

All right, UF fan here, scouting to see what we're facing. Obviously, most Miami fans prolly think your gonna win, which when the odds are this close, makes sense. I just want to know who your top weapons are around him and if the UF secondary is going to have to pull up this game? We have two corners who are supposed to be good, but kinda unproven. In the past we've lost because of our defense, it should be much better this year. But I want to know if there is anyone else on your offense who could lose us this game?
Xavier Restrepo and Jacolby George will most likely be the most featured in the pass game along with Sam Brown. Expect tight ends Elijah Arroyo and Elija Lofton to play a bit as well. We also have Damien Martinez on the ground.
@@Hurricane_Warning Thanks for the info! I watched some videos on the wrs. They seem legit, except for Sam Brown seems average. TEs seem average but I'm sure Ward can utilize them. I think our secondary will definitely be tested. I'm sure there is going to be some deep shots, I guess will see if they land. I'm not too worried about Martinez, we arguably have a better rb in Johnson and he got stuffed in the spring game, we have very good experienced linebackers. Its gonna come down to the pass game fs.
Go look at Miami RB's did you see the transfer Martinez he's 225lbs and he's a beast. We have really good receivers also. The D-line of Miami on paper is outstanding but we'll have to see it on the field. But all in all I know Fl will bring it in the swamp
@@duaneharris6415 how? Sheduer does nothing better than cam, and Sheduer has Better weapons, Cam is an entire Offense system while Sheduer is just a pocket passer

He’s great at extending the play, his playstyle kind of reminds me of Josh Allen.
We got us one
Yes we do.
Go Canes 🙌 😎
UGA FAN HERE I'm a Cam Ward Fan Big Time I have been since first time watching Them play Washington 2 years ago. He will be a Starting QB in the NFL
I agree. He's definitely got first round potential.
I have the exact same story. Been following him as well. I got him as Heisman contender 2025
Cam Ward has special traits that will make him a Star in the NFL. Not an ordinary QB.
Should improve his stock to the early-mid 1st round. Certainly will be fun to watch on Sundays
Idk if you're old enough, but he reminds me of Dante Cuelpepper that played for the Vikings back in the day.
@@Wetrockstah2116 nice comp. but he reminds me more of Mcnair
i fw can his game is real smooth you can tell by the way he plays he take the little things serious a real fluid and comfortable thrower
That sidearm TD pass under pressure was a thing of beauty.
Cmon Cam the 🙌🏼 believes in you
Cam Ward is a beast 💪🏿💪🏿
Watching this before we go to the swamp tomorrow. Let's go Canes.

I absolutely love that play at 9:14 im praying Miami gets that play
The U is Back for sure all they were always missing was a consestan good qauter-back & a good offensive line..
The O-line was pretty solid, TVD just forgot how to throw a football midway through the season.

He does has that stocky run and gun style Warren had.

Hope Ward plays well Saturday against the Gators 🐊
This was the QB to get in the portal.
Glad we got him.
He’s either gonna be in the heisman race or he’s gonna flop no in between
Edit he’s in the heisman race
No seriously really need him to be a Raider next draft pick
Definitely would be cool to see. The Raiders are building something, all they need is a QB.
I rather see the Raiders go after #2 better QB

Robert farrel went with him to wazzu
He got an arm hope dolphins pick him up
I like Tua, but wouldn’t mind seeing Cam play at Hard Rock on Sundays.
Should've stayed at Washington State
And played in the PAC 2? Nahhhh
why?
Lol the first highlight is a pass to the flat
Not a single throw with good footwork. And yet, I love him.
Had to put it in, it was his first career touchdown.
