I've been watching all of your character guide videos now. Very informative. I used to play this back when it released and my English wasn't so good and it's been a blast replaying it now. I just got to the other side of the ocean and teleported back. Hopefully it's not over for a few more hours :D
I had Garr with Meryleep, boosted his Agility pretty high so far. He's starting to have Ex Turns too. Insane shit. Ex Turns are insanely good. I could attack as Ryu on first turn, second turn he would defend while being the tank on Attack Formation.
Is this actually true? I've never seen that anywhere and none of the other hide and seek kids have any hidden stats which makes me doubt if this is true.

Agreed. Those 2 items cover most of your bases.
