You guys did an awesome job on big red. I can see Connor behind the steering wheel now. Love your videos as always. Keep up the great work from Kingwood Wv.
The Diamond Reo sounds Good !! what engine is it. Ha ha ha You cracked me up on dont touch that hot metal !! hahaha I helped a welder two weeks back in 79 in Katy Texas , i swear i touch everything he cut or welded, almost ruint a brand new pair of Redwings too !! i know where Ya coming from !! I enjoyed the video , keep up the Good work Fellers !!
It's been a long time since I've seen of tandem drive axles set up with wedge brakes. Diamond Reo built their own gas engines....might be an OA-145 or an OH-170. I imagine parts for these would be very hard to come by today. Nice job on the DT466 conversion.
What's crazy is my family reunions down there every couple years my last name is Goad, the Dalton's, or maybe it's without a .S. name of the other people at the family reunion, is Dalton's..
That belt on the air compressor needs tightened up hate to start down in the woods and it fly off and loose all your air pressure does it have the maxxy brake cans that pop on when you have no more air left if not hang on tight
you countyr boys don't believe in new anything, that blue international was a deans dairy truck f5rom Pennsylvania ,love that old diamond reo 1 of my favorite old rides
WHAT Cummins? That's the wrong color for a Cummins. Looks like a CORN POPPER to me, like a 466 which is a good motor if you have some LOW gears for it for off road. I like a 13-under or a 4x4 or a quad for a 466 or a 3208 but with that transfere case it'll be PLENTY low speeded. 5-tons are always gpod rigs. Seems like a 466 is also in a TD-15 dozer and a 175 loader. Yall be safe and the first things I learned from the old sawyer/logger was clear me out a CLEAR trail away from whatever I was falling. God Bless all!
Give me an old truck over a newer one any day! These were built to last. Love it. Good job guys.
Thanks Cindy!
Thanks for watching Y’all!

Is it a 12 valve or 24 valve?
Old trucks weren’t built for big tall men for sure 😅

360. Better than a Cummins. Not as powerful. I think that one would be 185 hp.
We have loved it so far
Give me a Cummins any day. You men did a great job 👏.
