- This is the Boys' Triple Jump qualifying for the California state championships. The Masters was held at Arcadia High School on May 26, 2017.
Event summary: The State Champ shows his springs here, well beyond the other four who make the cut.

What does the 44 mean? how many feet they ram before?
No lol pretty sure that's their triple jump distance, 44 feet
It’s the total distance they travel from their first jump of the three, to when they land in the sand. 👍
When I was in high school, I wish I was getting 44'. I was always in the 40' range and never over.
Even did long jump, I jumped in the 19' range. Never made it to 20'.
What does the 44’ mean? how far u ran?

@@asivia2318 i agree it is. At 40' I qualified for state (in MA) but 40 was the cutoff. I just barely made it.
